*There are several versions of cooking this dish but for today's recipe, I chose to make it this way*
Full list of Ingredients
3 Cups of Cassava flour
4 Cups of Water
Adjust measurements until desired consistency/ Texture
For the Okra Stew:
1/2 lb beef meat
1/2 Mackerel fish
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
Blend: 1 cup (green onion, onions, and hot peppers)
2 Garden eggs
2 Cups chopped okra
3 Tablespoons fish powder
Salt and maggi to taste
3 tablespoons of dry okra
1/2 tablespoon of ground locust beans
*Adjust measurements if necessary*

4 tasses d'eau
*Ajuster les mesures jusqu'à obtenir la consistance/texture désirée.
Pour la sauce de gombo :
1/2 lb de viande de bœuf
1/2 poisson de maquereau
1/2 tasse de pâte d'arachide
Mélange : 1 tasse (de feuilles d'oignon, d'oignons et piments)
2 d'aubergines blanches
2 tasses de gombos coupés
3 cuillères à soupe de poisson en poudre
Sel et maggi au goût
3 cuillères à soupe de poudre de gombo sec
1/2 cuillères à soupe de caroube moulue
Rectifier les mesures si nécessaire
