- Hello everyone, for today's video I am sharing with y'all this delicious Fouti/Lafidi recipe - Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is one of my favorite.
It is a well-known dish from Guinea, really easy to make and I am sure you will love it.
**There are several versions of cooking this dish but for today's recipe, I chose to make it this way**
Full list of Ingredients
1 large eggplant
7 to 8 okras
4 habanero peppers
1/2 medium onion
1/2 tablespoon shrimp powder
1/2 tablespoon fish powder
1 cup of palm oil
1 tablespoon of ogi (locust beans)
1 tablespoon of pepper sauce or pepper powder
**Adjust measurements if necessary**

1 demi-oignon moyen
1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de crevette
1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de poisson
1 tasse d'huile de palme
1 cuillère à soupe d'ogi (caroubes moulues)
1 cuillère à soupe de sauce de piment ou piment en poudre
