22:02 - Eek The Cat is a reskin of a game called Sleepwalker, which was released to support a UK charity called Comic Relief. In the original, you played as a dog whose owner was sleepwalking through town, and you had to guide him back to his house.

Ren and Stimpy was one of my fav cartoons as a 5 year old and I def shouldn’t have been watching it. All I can remember is the zoom ins on the asses which is quite the memory.

Chibi-Robo: Park Patrol is a really nice DS game and Nintendo either completely fumbled the bag or was trying to kill the series by making it a Walmart exclusive. I don't know how, but I somehow bought Chibi-Robo: Plug into Adventure when it was in stores (it is now stupidly expensive on the second-hand market), fell in love with it, and then *sought out* Park Patrol when I learned about it from some magazine and fell in love with it too. The park customization stuff is really comfy and the new toy characters are very memorable just like the toy characters from the original.
Nintendo totally botched chibi robo. There are videos out there about what exactly happened and why it failed on CZcams. Shame cuz it has some good games in the series.
Oh also, I know the exclusive was about going green or whatever and Walmart was on their green kick...so someone seemed it was a great idea to team up😂. I can't rem much else, but what a disaster for sure.
devastated that vinny never saw the extended death animation in eggs of steel where charlie is shown praying in slow motion with gospel music playing before violently hitting the ground. really enhances the experience

There was a news show here on YT that was done entirely with LEGO minifigures which I watched as a kid. All I remember is a news ticker headline reading "Wendy's puts adult CDs in their kids meals. Looked into it more. Correction with regards to the Ren and Stimpy game; that's half of the game, the other half is "on the job" where you play a rudimentary version of Fire (Game&Watch), then it repeats four more times before you get the credits. You could not make a lazier game if you tried.

the xbox startup noise brought back so much nostalgia, and the loading stuff, really EVERYTHING about Sneak King, was so nostalgic. I loved that game and Pocket Bike Racers. I also had Big Bumpin' but I don't remember it as much. Sneak King was the best though. I got my Fairy Ocarina replica the same Christmas as these games and I remember practicing it while my brother played this. Man, I miss those days...
I absolutely loved chibi robo park patrol AND soul bubbles when i was a kid. I had no idea they were walmart or toys-r-us exclusives, i was just disappointed by their lack of content.

Chibi Robo: Park Patrol is one of my favorite games, so it's awesome to see it get some visibility considering it was a *European Walmart exclusive* for no reason, even if it was for a small section of a segment. It's a very specific game, so I'd understand if there was never a full playthrough.

And she had it in her car. Got into a wreck and I never got it, she left it in a bag in her car. Damn shame. Lol

i had chibi robo: park patrol when i was a kid! well, more like my brother had it, but it was a really integral part of both of our childhoods.
Sneak King was a dual format disc. If you put it in an OG Xbox, it’d play that version, same with 360.
Vin should do an entire stream dedicated to weird licensed product games from the 360 era, like Doritos Crash Course and more Sneak King

I remember playing Park Patrol and enjoying it, but I had no idea it was a Wal-Mart exclusive! I think I must've bought mine used. Chibi-Robo is such a baffling franchise to me, like Nintendo couldn't quite work out what to do with it, but it still had a couple of really nice games.
1:16:10 CF games are bad for actual fighting game standards. And it reminds me when Yosuke Okunari told why ClayFighter is on Genesis Mini 2: He wanted a similar game to replace *Aah Harimanada* from MD Mini 2, so, he picked CF to replace it in the same level of *kusoge.*
There was that one Mugen conversion that was trying to make Clayfighter but not terrible but got C&D'd by Interplay.

Chibi-robo park patrol was one of my favorite DS games growing up - I got it as a gift so I never knew it was a walmart exclusive. It's very charming; you build out the park and you fight pollution monsters and you get a talking sports car with lips and eyelashes I'm not making this shit up. The next game is even better.
Every Nintendo game from that period is like Chibi Robo DS with all of the text and tutorials.
Mr. Nutz was exclusive? Huh weird to think and hear funny since a lot of the more obscure mascots are already more expensive to get like aero the acrobat. It truly was the wild wild wild west of the 90s and finding the cool fun for all you kids wholesome batshit crazy insane a boss is a giant man appeal of the time where anything could make anything.

When I was younger the older brother of my best friend got a copy of Sneak King. For some reason I was excited to play it. And then we started playing it... For about five minutes before we went back to ATV Quad Power Racing 2. There were Shockwave Flash games that you could play for free that were better quality.

I'm a big fan of when Vinny creates a game compilation, and he's played the games already. Is there no one in Vinny's circle who can just fire up an Excel spreadsheet and list the games he's already played? And then when he's putting the list together, he can check the spreadsheet and see if it has already been done?

Fun fact about Eggs of Steel: The whole backstory of that game is that Charlie is a nepohire who, due to his incompetence, killed his former boss Bill.

Honestly didn't expect to see Indiana Jones and the infernal machine on this compilation. Loved that game growing up. It was equal parts great and really god damn clunky. Thankfully it has a god mode cheat so I actually did get to see where it goes when I was a kid lol. It's on GOG if anyone cares to play an interesting classic tomb raider clone.
