Here’s the difference. Utd’s team’s from the 90’s and 00’s were beatable. They lost games and they didn’t embarrass this league. Even Utd’s treble team, they were beatable and were vulnerable. Jose’s teams of 04-07 were beatable and not immortal. City now, are unbeatable. ThereMs no weakness, no vulnerability to City. They’re last defeat was I think early December? 3 defeats all season.
I’m an Arsenal fan, but City are so dominant, we’re turning into the Bundesliga or Scottish League. 1 team dominance. Yes, Leverkusen won this season but City could emulate Bayern’s 10yr dominance in England.
TL;DR City today have no weakness. Other champions of our league in the last 30 yrs had weaknesses

Maybe it’ll work against teams that will sit back and let them build up uninterrupted, but this is Man City. It doesn’t make sense to play like that against them.

Yes, but here’s the difference. Utd were still vulnerable. Utd still lost games during their period of domination but they were never this dominant. My team Arsenal stopped them occasionally and Jose’s Chelsea stopped them. Klopp’s Liverpool have done unbelievably well to try and stop them and Arsenal have tried but City are currently immortal. .
