  • Vectric V Carve & Aspire CNC Tutorial - How To Make A Love Heart Shape Vector And Dish
I'm certainly no expert on the software and most of my projects are fairly straight forward, so hopefully the tutorial will be simple to follow.
This episode is how to make a Love Heart Shape Vector from scratch and then use the newly created vector to machine a heart shaped dish. Making a heart shaped vector is much easier than most people realise.
If you have a go at making a dish, then why not let me know how it goes or even send me a pic of the finished item. It's a simple project with a practical use...and might even make a great valentines day present.
    Good luck.
Special thanks to my Patrons David Shrive, Charles France, Mad Hamish, Chris Gilboy, Barbara Joseph and all of my Patrons.

Nicely done, Lee! I love how simple you made the process of creating the heart-shaped vector!

Thanks Mark, coming from yourself that means a lot. There's a few different ways Ive used over the years but this one has always been my go too...mainly because of its simplicity.

Thanks. There's a few ways to do the heart, one probably easier than this as I recently found out...but I like doing it like this as it gives the flexibility of the different angles. Nice little simple project though :-)

Yip great video. Simple and easy to follow instructions. Even I could follow that on Aspire software. No technical jargon regarding software either. Well done mate. Is that a yorkshire accent i detected?

Thanks. :-) Very close with the accent...Lancashire haha I used to hide my accent quite well but recently its started showing on videos. I've a strong accent but when I make my videos I pre write then read the narration and its easier to have a neutral accent. But now Im starting to ad lib a bit more its impossible to hide where I'm from haha!

@@Smugwood The accent is not that bad. Now talking Geordie accent is a different kettle of fish. I hate hearing my voice as Im such a broad Geordie. Think Jimmy Nail on Helium...thats me.

I always used to try and hide my accent but then Game Of Thrones seemed to make it cool to be from the North 😂

I added tabs when doing the profile cut. Do you use Vectric? If so it’s an option in the profile toolpath section 👍
