Why do people even go there? Isn't it required (by law) that the violation report MUST be visible as you enter the place?
It is where I live (Denmark) and you can get some pretty hefty fines if the report is not visible.
Granted, the town I lived in some years ago was rather small (pop. 6500) so word got around really fast. A buffet place had severe problems with the hygene and within 2 days there were no customers. The owner tried everything to get people in....well, except cleaning of course. He got one bad report after another, and in the end he had so much debt that he burned the place down and tried to claim insurance money from it. He got busted (surveillance showed him walking into the restaurant with two cans of petrol) and spent several years in prison.

This is very eye-opening and it makes me want to inspect the kitchens of restaurants where I eat. In this video, the food area looks so neat and clean, and you'd never suspect that all of that filth is going on in the kitchen! It's sickening!🤢🤮

The crazy part is that, I remember like about 4 years ago, the very last time I ate at Uptown Buffet in Flagler, then after I had finished eating there, I had a bad stomachache and felt sick 😷🤮🤢. These viral videos are the proof of why I felt sick that day after eating at Uptown Buffet
