From your discussion above I think studying LLM Canadian common law has a better advantage for a new quality lawyer from abroad and I will try it . Many thanks for your suggestions. I am your number one fan 🙏🙏🙏👍
Very insightful. Thank you so much.
Glad it was helpful!
You are forgetting that if you are a foreign trained lawyer in a common law country, you can probably get articling waived. All you need 10 months experience.
Your videos are very informative
Thanks alot!
My pleasure!
What about llm by research as a pathway to call to Barr ? Please respond
What are the prospects for an LLM degree holder in Canada? Do firms hire such people who have an LLM from Canadian universities without having license to practice?
This was really helpful! Btw, can't I get OSAP if I'm enrolled full time at let's say Osgoode or UofT for the LLM program?

Good job
Do you have a PR
Very informative.
But I have question that if I have completed NCA Exam, will I be able for applying for express entry.
You do way better on your Express Entry application with a Canadian degree earned in Canada. Moreover, your chance of getting a work permit that will allow you to get an articling experiencing.
