When Rasheed Wallace called a Piston timeout so the crowd in Indy could celebrate Reggie Miller on his home court in a Pacer in his last game in the Pros…..max respect.
I totally remember that. Classy move
The media painted him as a thug my whole childhood, and this man is one of the most pleasant people to listen to. Great show 🔥

Big facts
Media and the bald spot
@@caseybrooks8384 birth mark not bald spot
That’s what they do
I seen Rasheed in warmups back in 2001 hit 26 3's in a row switching hands... That's when I knew there was levels on levels
Rasheed had a nice jumpshot🐐
I was in a suite at the Palace one time and during warmups I noticed sheed standing by the scorers table absolutely dropping BUCKETS. It blew my goddamn mind.
@@puckindaface313what he did!?
These guys are pros.
These guys are pros.
Sheed is one of the coolest and coldest dudes to ever step foot on a basketball court. Thanks for the memories sir
💯
Rasheed Wallace should be a damn Hall of famer. This dude could rock out with the best of them.
He will be
He didn’t do enough
@@mrhoward19801 could possibly get in it's the Naismith Basketball HOF so he's college career will be included.

🗣🗣“BALL DON’T LIE”, “SHEEEED”, etc- RASHEED is an ICON
🌹’s are due for him.
He definitely brought that playground talk to the bright lights.
Lol ball don't lie! Yea that's sheed all day
I still say that to this day!!!! 🗣To this day
Dont forget CTC!
One of the most underrated players of all time . He was all emotion and heart , but had so much NBA IQ. If he cared about what people think , he’d be in the Hall of Fame . But that’s what made Sheed , Sheed , that he didn’t care . For that , he was one of my favorite players of all time .
If you put prime rasheed on the lakers today they become an instant contender thats how great he is.
@@yz2553I think Prime Rasheed on any championship contender right now , they would become the favorite . He put the Pistons over the top , he was the last missing piece they needed when they got him .

Facts 💯
Sheed came up in a time where they wanted the players to where suits and be ultra professional. Not that Sheed was not. But the league wasn’t as player friendly as it is now. But the real ones know bout Sheed. He was mean and nasty on the block. His turnaround fade away on either block over any shoulder was unstable and dare I say he was one of the first stretch fours. And he could shoot it with the left as well as the right hand with consistency. Sheed is definitely one my all time favorite players.
“It worked some nights but I got my ass cooked”😂😂😂😂
One of the most underrated Power Forwards ever. He could shoot 3’s with his left too.
Facts
Sheed was one of my favorite players growing up , loved how he embraced Detroit felt like he was from here
That was another great episode! I love when Jack speaks naturally and doesn’t read questions from the teleprompter. It’s so much more natural. Keep up the great work guys!!
Stop it Jack be asking some bullshit lol
Yes. It was rough watching him read simple questions from the teleprompter such as "what made you go to this blank college."
I'll never forget the day we traded for Sheed, my whole block was goin crazy. We knew we was gonna win the chip. Salute to Sheed for the memories
During that era in the city watching a pistons game was damn near mandatory
I was depressed......happy for yall tho and u got that chip.
Sheeds revenge on the Lakers was nasty two different times!
How did you know, seriously?
@@TreeSnackz Sure was.
Met Sheed at the mall in Portland.... This dude was wit his family and was the most humble dude. He never looked away from ppl trying to get his attention. He signed stuff for ppl and genuinely said what's up to anyone who wanted to speak to him. Dopest interaction with a "celeb" I've seen to date ✊🏾💪🏾👍🏾.
Man when Sheed came to Detroit my dad worked part time as a limo driver. My dad said Sheed was one of the nicest guys ever and afterwards gave him a huge tip.
So true meant him in detroit cool guy.
I remember when Sheed was on the Pistons and rolled his ankle nasty. He always played in high top AF1's so he just tightened up the strap and kept playing. Straight dawg!!! Made me fall in love with his game and AF1'S at the same time. Living legend!!
I played in those a few times and the he only thing I remember thinking is how the heck did dudes play in Chuck’s.
@@mobetta2092 I think the old school chucks had cushion in them. They didn’t play in the fashion icon $50 chucks everybody wear. If you buy a pair of Chuck 70s that’s closer to what they played in…super comfy
@@antoniohoward8529 makes sense
@@antoniohoward8529 nah them things are not closer to the originals. They’re ascetically 70’s looking but the tech is not the same.
Nooooooo🤣
I love how Sheed speaks with that 90s and 2000s slang 😂
When he said they got good dro out there I lost it. Haven’t heard weed called dro since young dro shoulder lean
"Negative ghost rider" lol
Hope he says Audi-5000 at the end
Sheed is a Legend here in Philly. Much respect to him and this conversation was epic. Salute to yall Brothers 🤝🏾💪🏾💯
Rasheed wallace was one of the reasons Portland had such a dope hiphop station in the early 2000s. He would play shit we may not have heard at the time and put alot of local cats on as well.
Another great show guys! Been waiting on this one….could you please get:
1. D. Rose
2. Brandon Roy
3. Tayshun Prince
And my Mississippi greats:
4. Monte Ellis
5. Antonio McDyess

@@bulls123199 facts..... GOTTA get d. Rose
They gotta get B-Roy.
Definitely waiting on D.Rose
Al Jefferson
Man was putting up 60 every game.
Refreshing to watch ‘Sheed from this perspective. He has an articulate mind.
Sheed one of my all time favorite PFs! I miss those playoffs battles between those savages Abdur-Rahim, Sheed, Dirk, TD, KG, A. Walker, Malone, Webber, Jamison, J. Oneal, Elton Brand, Stoudamire, etc. Early 00s, good times!
Philly's finest! The man who created "Ball Dont Lie!"
No he didn't create that people been saying that for decades lol
Rockin' KC hat thou
Hyped for this one. One of the most underrated players in the best Era of basketball
Facts
I love how Sheed tells the truth with no ego!!! Grown man SHYT!!!
Matt n cap jack thank u so much for this interview with this basketball legend. Sheed was a flat out beast.
One of my favorite Pistons players of all time and I grew up in the Bad Boys era! Really intelligent dude that didn’t try to please everyone and be something that he’s not. Salute Sheed!!!
Sheed really like one of the homies, that whole music collection was up my alley. He really put that Detroit squad over the top!
Man getting Sheed was like an automatic chip until those stressful playoff series against the Nets and Pacers had my mind frazzled.
Absolutely, I still watch to this day, thoses series my boy 👍
Pleeeeeaaaase put him in Naismith Hall of Fame ASAP 💪🏾😎🙏🏿
That's a technical foul
Facts 💯 🏀
Why? Sheed ain't live up to expectations with his skill he should've been a top 5 PF of all time with his two way capability it just ain't materialize like it should. Really really good player tho but idk about Naismith HOF. I'm born and raised in Philly and wanted sheed to be like KG and Timmy and them consistently.
Love Sheed and his game, but hell no. That resume is light as hell.
Love SHEED, but he ain’t even sniffing the Hall of Fame. Not even close
Love Sheed. Such a cool PF at the time. Great style and fun to watch. Sacrificed ALOT to be that X factor for that run. Monster on a video game.
FINALLY!! One of my favorite players ever. Never seen a 4 play like him…loved his whole game. S/O to Sheed!
Man sheed was a dawg from on the court with the pistons to off the court with the sheed forces 💯🔥
Comment of the year
He was even better before that way better
Yes way better before the Pistons.
Loved watching Wallace X2 handling the paint. One signed ball I have is Rasheed #30 my favorite player no doubt. That Ball Don't Lie!!
I was chattin with a fellow Warrior fan a while back and saying they need a Sheed Wallace. The IQ, defense, 3. But that goes for any team Sheed a plug & play.
It's amazing how fast the hour goes by watching these interviews, another great job like always.
Hands Down The Best Interview I’ve ever seen Because Sheed Is One of my favorite Basketball Players I ever witnessed. The First time I ever seen him in The Carolina Blue I knew he was that Dude.
"they got good dro out there" lmaoo yo y'all was really some real niggas smokin big weed and being one of the best basketball players in the world 😂😂 that's insane
“Y’all got that email huh?” Almost had me in tears lol @42:16
I can't wait. My favorite PF of the '00 era.
Ever
Mine too my boy
Sheed is a legend man. Remember in the 2010 finals against LA he hit a clutch 3 to keep it close and it made me hold my breath. Amazing memories thank you Sheed.
Sheed was so cold during his career .. and he is even "colder" now! This was a great episode.
To know they celebrated all night at the Palace was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! That was such a monumental moment for the city! I was 19 and out all night cause Detroit was on fire! We knew once we got Sheed, we were winning a ring period! We got cheated in 05, but that’s another story. Shout out to Sheed!
Legit that team could/should have won 4 in a row just like the Bad Boys!
Watching Rasheed Wallace and Jerry Stackhouse during those North Carolina days was the sh!t
Favorite episode so far! Watched it no interruptions, I'll never forget the run the Pistons had year after year and when they finally got it, I was happy for them and I'm a Chicago fan! Nothing but respect.
One of the realist in the game and one of the best defenders of all time and super clutch!!!
Bro they interviews flow so perfectly the guys do they shit
I love the stories and comradery of the current and former players. For me more so the former players.
SHEEEEED one of my top 3 players all time and I’m from Detroit them 04 pistons best five alive!
SHEED! On all the smoke. Seeing the Pistons beat the Lakers in the 2004 finals was a beautiful thing. What happened to his podcast with Bonzi? Does it still exist?
Rasheed is one of my favs... Bro don't get enough respect out here. He changed that 4 spot
"Good to see Rasheed" one of the realist! Ballers since Allen Iverson and Vince Carter days and dude shoot from anywhere.
Really great interview. Only thing I wished, was that they asked him about his story when he first learnt he was traded to Detroit.
Facts was waiting on it the whole time
BALL DON'T LIE! is universally understood thanks to RW. This line caused many fights too 😆 🤣
Sheed ain’t lying with the “best 5 alive”. DET had so much swag. It doesn’t help that Rip is from my hometown of Coatesville. Loved their battles with the Spurs. I also agree with Larry Brown as one of the best coaches ever.
Listen, RAH-Sheed is one of the most talented underrated players to ever lace them up! Detroit love! We appreciate you Sheed! SHEEEEEEEEEEED!!
Why is he "underrated"?
I wish they would have talked about him coaching at Jordan HS in Durham, and the Lakers potential coaching
Loved this episode!! Congrats guys on another season!!
Being a native of detroit there’s nothing like hearing Sheed talk about his time here and the pistons!!!! It was a time to be alive and be a basketball fan! Nobody could beat them!
This is the one we have been waiting for!
literally couldnt stop watching this was great.
One of my favorite players all time! That Portland team was so lit and should have won a chip. Rasheed, Pippen, Sabonis, Detlef, Damon, Bonzi etc.. what!!!

😂😂😂
Loved his game. I used to ask my dad all the time why sheed used to get Techs all the time, my dad said cause they cheating, and they was. He would always argue with the refs but he used to always smile. I wished u talked about him being a coach on the lakers. Great interview guys.
I remember y’all talking about getting Rasheed Wallace on since you had the podcast with Rip Hamilton!!!
I’m stoked bro!!!! Turning this on to the 70 inch now !
Mann when Sheed stared at that ref🤣🤦 Im proud to have been able to watch that 03-04 pistons squad as a kid, winning that chip brought Detroit so much pride 💯
Shout to the legend! Finally so one asked Sheed about them dam Air Force 1s. Worst sneaker to try to play in they like sinder blocks! 😂😂😂 this episode brought back so many older player names I haven't heard in years!
Anybody that ball in some AF1s and ball at a high level at that got my respect fasho 💪🏾💯
as many props as sheed gets from his peers he kept it all the way real about his game and experiences. top 5 episode for me
Sheed is definitely beloved in FLINT!!! We love you forever SHEED!!!
Great interview, only thing I wish y’all asked about were his Celtics days and the 2010 NBA finals
I'm dieing 😆 🤣 😂 I love this interview I remember this I watched the NBA all my life

Hey guys! Always a great show!! Great contents and amazing stories told! Watching from France! Just great! Keep it going guys!! 💪🏾🇫🇷🏀
Been waiting on this one for a minute!!! 🔥🔥
Rasheed is the reason I’m a Trailblazers fan. Saw him play the Lakers in the playoffs as a young kid and said that’s going to be my team and my favorite player. I was happy when he got a ring In Detroit. Great interview!
Gonna watch this on Lunch Break 2morrow WESTCOAST CALILIFE Oxnard Beach CA. Appreciate u guys sheeeeeeedddddd + Matt Bizzzle × Capt Jackkkkk = a classic episode of all the smokeeee
Great show. 👍🏾 Rasheed is one of my favorite players ever. 🙌🏾
Probably my fav player, high IQ, both sides of the court player, range, and the attitude!
THANK YOU for bringing back timestamps
Another banger of an episode with Sheed. Great content.
Rasheed Wallace, one of my favorite players of all time! ✊🏽
The Lindsey Hunter flex “”that’s my ID!” Was really gangster!
Dope interview!
This may have literally been THE BEST pod to date. Sheed's inflections and facial expressions make the story telling so much better.
Love sheed! Grew up a spurs fan so watched the playoff battles he had with Timmy in 99’ and 05’.
Dope interview 👍🏿💯
Sheed is my favorite, fam is a beast 🔥🔥🔥
Sheed! My favorite player to this day!! 💖💖💖
We Love You Sheed
Thanks for the Memories!
Deeeeeeetroit Basketballlllllllll!
Top 5 episode for sure! The brawl segment was epic. Great show!
"Ben pushed the soul outta Ron."
My god, I lost it at that statement. lmfao.
I wanna hear all the Pistons take on if they drafted Melo over Darko
These are always great....shout out to Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes...Great Show....
Sheed was hardcore on the court from the time we seen him in UNC blue until the time he was on his 4th or 5th team in the NBA. He always produced. He was passionate about every contest he was in for ball whether preseason or deep in the playoffs. We miss his anger and in your face D up. Hella blocks we don't see many dudes make who don't primarily play center.
Great show. Again, I love these behind the scenes, real talk with real people. Another guy I watched from the perspective of a Boston sports fan. One of them dudes that could crawl under your skin as an opponent, but you'd love him doing his thing on your team.
It's good to see him doing well and seeming pretty happy post basketball.
