Cheers to 12 years- a thank you from our practice manager Dawn

Practice Manager Dawn shares her gratitude for the 12 year journey of the clinic, patients, and staff.

Thank you for watching this video. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Dawn Geda, and I am the Practice and Business Manager at Now Hear This Audiology®. This month is a special month for us because we are celebrating our 12th anniversary - 12 years in business! Twelve years ago, when we were meeting to start this business, we all agreed that our #1 priority was to always provide excellent patient care. We felt that if we did that, everything else would fall into place.
Providing excellent patient care, though, means many things, but the most important thing it means is: providing the best patient care, using only the best hearing aid technology and hearing aid manufacturers. It means committing to best practices in hearing aid programming by performing Real-Ear-Measures (REM) on every single patient every time we program their aids, and not all providers do that in the audiology world Over the years, despite many hurdles in the hearing aid industry, we have been able to our word and commitment!
If you have walked through our front door, we sincerely thank you because you have contributed to our success! That success means that we have been able to do many things, but some important ones I wanted to share with you today. That meant we were able to grow our business so that we could help other people, just like you. It meant that we could take time away from the clinic to educate and teach our community about hearing loss. It meant that we could reach out and educate our neighboring physicians about hearing loss and hearing aid technology. Many of those physicians are your primary care providers. It also meant that we could graciously serve the less fortunate and give our services to them.
Together, over the last 12 years, you and our team have made it possible to reach some pretty amazing goals in the hearing aid industry. We sincerely thank you, our patient, for choosing us for your hearing care, for allowing us to serve you, and for allowing us the opportunity to improve your everyday quality of life through hearing.
Before this video ends, I want to take a moment and thank our incredible team. Every employee here plays an important part in running this business in its successful manner. We would not be here today without them. Thank you to our Now Hear This® team and to you, our fabulous patients! Here’s to another 12 years!
