Loved this video Natalie, all look tasty + healthy + satisfying. And many I have the ingredients on hand and forget what I can do with them. My favorite snack is a homemade trail mix. I like doing cereal (especially Three Wishes cinnamon) + lily's chocolate chips + popcorn + cashews (+freeze dried fruit if I have it!). PS I need to try a good cravings bar. I love to make a protein fudge, it’s kind of like your cookie dough! 1 scoop protein powder, 2 servings PB2, a little water and peppermint extract!! Then I put it in the freezer for 15 minutes!! Sooooo good! Sometimes top with coco whip! Love your channel! @break_fastwithtiffany

The “greek style” is definitely more tart than their regular protein yogurt. For me the stevia is a must. It’s really good though. I used to love yogurt before going vegan.
One of my favorite low calorie snacks is protein pudding! Similar to your protein cookie dough but I actually make it as a pudding consistency and too with some granola! 🎉

My favorite vegan snack is rice cakes with yves turkey or unreal deli! avocado tomato mustard and balsamic glaze everything but the bagel seasoning yummy!!

My favorite is low cal cereal with puffed millet, puffed kamut, wheat bran, soy milk, cacao nibs and frozen wild blueberries! A tbsp of protein is great in there too

My favorite vegan snack is actually using the German chocolate Liv body protein 1 scoop and mixing it with the so delicious raspberry yoghurt 🤤 it’s amazing and taste like a moose

I enjoy the steamer bags of edamame and I dip them in tamari or sprinkle them with salt. The kids even enjoy them !

If you put the Oaklands cinnamon mixed with a bit of stevia on top of the banana rice cakes its amazing. Also in England we have banana sandwiches. Really good.

Everything in my “FIT vegan kitchen” has macros and calories. The edamame hummus can be split into 2 portions or 6. You can customize everything to fit your own macros and dietary needs

A good savory snack is some tofu deli slices, slice of Chao "cheese" and a thin rice cake (so I can have more!). I make your vegan cookie dough all the time as a sweet snack :). @nalafitness
Love Kite Hill yogurt and will look for their high protein one. I have been eating their almond milk one and add a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a few chocolate chips to create a pudding, yum!! @maturemovesrealestatteam

My favorite snack is the misfits protein bars. 15 gms protein, 9 gms fat and 16 carbs. Right now I'm cutting so I don't get a lot of carbs. Fat is my hardest to get in for me. I came from a extremely low fat program. Avocado and walnuts help. Protein is easier now that I'm a month in. Love your channel ❤️ @rocknrobin62

I dont know if this is available in states, but you should try Sportness vegan protein cookie… I mean… my non vegan husband steals them all the time, they’re so good 🤤 also, never heard of edamame hummus, can you make it from frozen edamame? @emkorellka

You can use frozen shelled edamame and steam it or microwave for 2-3 minutes.

My favorite vegan low cal snack is quick pickled cucumbers and red onions. I make them spicy and add fresh herbs. When I get a savory snack craving, they tame the hunger beast long enough for me to get a balanced meal or snack together. @alotta_sriracha
