Kitale town is the capital of the mighty Trans-Nzoia County at the tail end of North Rift .
On my last leg from Nairobi to Kitale on the 3rd day I landed here and pedal around my Home town and to be honest a lot has happened over the last few years. Kitale has improved immensely.
