Much useful information Doctor and Anchor. I had this problem at L4-L5 and suffered with so much of pain for more than a year 😢😢 After surgery am feeling relieved and got rid of all the pain. I could’ve done this long ago unfortunately due to fear and anxiety avoided surgery and tried all the other physiotherapies. Surgery is the best 😅

How the lumber spine will balance with the fewest possible discs once the bulged one has been removed. when there is no rod or other supporting object.
While in spine surveys, a rod will be implanted to balancing.
