- Student protests in solidarity with Palestine, that began at Columbia University in New York, have spread across the US to Europe and beyond.
Students are demanding their schools divest from Israel.
But there are growing efforts by university leaders and police to clear the demonstrations.
As Al Jazeera’s John Hendren reports from New York.

On the following sabbath
almost the whole city
gathered to hear the word of the Lord.

stirred up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas,
and expelled them from their territory.
So they shook the dust from their feet in protest against them
and went to Iconium.
The disciples were filled with joy and the Holy Spirit.

Don't worry, the Biden administration will write a letter to Israel (if they haven't already) featuring harsh language. Maybe even impose sanctions. That'll show em!
