    Just installed these dual rate springs along with IRS bushings and supports, and adjustable drop links, rear camber and toe arms on my Mach 1 HP. What Chris says in the video is spot on. These springs eliminate much of the heavy feeling the car labors with in the turns, but the ride on local bumpy roads was little changed. A very well designed spring set.

    I have the dual rate springs on my Magna ride mustang PP1. I live up on the Appalachian Trail New York State. I’m up and down mountains every day. When I put these on my car oh my gosh ❤ what a difference Not just going up mountains anymore I own these mountains now. For real so much fun every day!

    I put these in my GT several months ago and absolutely love them. Put the stop the hop kit in at the same time as well and I would do it all over again. Great job guys.

      @@l2eggyheavy488 I drive it a lot in the summer. During the winter it sits in the garage though. I think they're worth it if you track the car for sure. But just to drive it out on the street getting groceries or going to work and back probably not. I will say I have a ton of confidence in the corners. Whether that's a clover leaf on the highway, or auto cross, it handles like a dream.

    I bought the dual rate springs and adjustable shocks for my s550 early 2019. Are they the same spec or did steeda make some changes. I love the dual rate springs. The car stiffens up the harder you push it. That and the adj shocks makes the damn car a race car. If I want it.

    Hey, do you have any upgrades for the 2021 Mustang Mach 1 transmission? Something similar to your Tri-Ax upgrade for GT manual gearbox, but designed for Tremec ;)

    It's amazing how smooth it all goes when you have a lift and the right tools.. Been thinking about dropping My GT a half inch to 3/4's of an inch all the way around.. First, I gotta get the money to do the Steeda rear IRS Braces and the Steeda pinch weld jack stand Rails put on. Then I am going to save up for a set of springs.. It's amazing how fast the money adds up.. The freaking drive shaft I want it is $1800 with tax. I need a left side catch can, Oh and I gotta get a Braided clutch line too. Oh yeah I want wheels and tires too.. LOL. SMH..

    Awesome video! Can you guys do a video on switching to some lightweight Big Brake kits like AP Racing on a Mustang GT? I'm leaning towards AP Racing or Wilwood since they seem to be the only ones that do lightweight big brakes for tracking. I wanted some Baer but they seem focused more on dragging. I think AP Racing only makes those for the GT350 but I thought maybe using the SVE adapters might work with those and those are proven so they are at the top of my list.

    @steeda how low does it drop the gt350?…I own a 350 so I would love to see more content. I had eibach springs on my car before and I love the drop .9 front and .7 in the rear it looked amazing but the ride quality was so, so. I’m currently running Ford performance, the ride quality is better but I don’t care for the look, it’s 20mm all around. Trying to find a spring that gives me the drop of the eibach and FP ride quality

      Hey there - That's going to be a tough ask for the GT350 considering the car already sits pretty low from the factory. These MagneRide Dual Rate Springs will lower the car about 0.5" from the factory height. However, it'll ride smoother on the highway than stock, and firm up quite a bit as you lean into corners. Another option is our MagneRide Sport Springs, but they're more catered towards comfort and looks. Hope this helps! -Chris

    I don’t have magneride on mine but I want something to decrease body roll in my base 2019 gt. Should the progressive springs do it or what else would you recommend v

    • @steedaautosports
      @steedaautosports  Před 3 lety +1

      Nice! I’d highly recommend our Dual Rate Springs paired with the Pro-Action Shocks. If you want adjustability, go with adjustable. Non-Adjustable work great too! -Chris

    Put this springs on my 24 s650 GT Premium w/ Magneride and now ALL of my dash lights are on. Get warnings for hill start assist, traction, abs, drive mode etc… I feel like I missed something while installing these. I went back to double check everything was plugged back in and everything is. Has anyone ever had this issue? Plan on bringing it to the dealer to hopefully get a clear answer on what’s going on.

    So Progressive Springs. Got it

    • @SoundBoy808
      @SoundBoy808 Před 3 lety

      No. You didnt get it. They arent progressive. They are dual rate. Its totally different. One is a spring with an ever changing rate of compression. One is a spring with 2 spring rates.

    • @steedaautosports
      @steedaautosports  Před 3 lety

      Yup, exactly what SoundBoy808 said! Progressive springs spring rates are a range between two rates, where dual rates are two different rates. Sounds like we need a video covering this! Stay tuned. -Chris

      yes and no. The pro-Action adj and these springs is a giant step toward good track performance. Daily though might not be to your liking. It's definitely an acquired taste. IMO Steeda needs to add more rebound damping but especially to the rear pro-Action shocks. That higher rate spring range generates a lot of force.
      Dual-rates for MR are a different animal AFAIK.

    Just to clarify what is the drop with the dual rates on a PP1 car?

    • @steedaautosports
      @steedaautosports  Před 2 lety

      Dual Rates on a PP1 should be about a 0.75” drop. -Chris
