- This is a guide on how to print shipping labels from Paypal.com on Windows. In this video, we are using the Arkscan 2054A, but you can use this tutorial for other printers such as dymo labelwriter 450, dymo label printer, dymo 4xl, zebra zp450, dymo printer, dymo labelwriter 4xl, barcode printer, rollos printer, zebra lp2844, zebra gk420d, brother, and much more!

Thermal label printers are a must-have printers for ecommerce sellers. They are utilized to print product labels, shipping labels, FBA labels, barcode labels, and any self-adhesive labels; using thermal label paper. The standard shipping label size is 4x6.

When I use eBay to print a shipping label it has an invoice attached to it. How do I change that so I can print just the shipping label and not the invoice on my thermal printer? Am I missing some setting?

I just purchased the 241-BT thermal label printer. they have an app named Labelife. The app works great. My dilemma, after a sale I purchase a label to print (4x6), if I select print label, my 241-BT is not a choice. So, I download the label to my phone. I then open the Labelife app and search for my downloaded label, finally when I find it, it prints great from the app.
I would like to print via Bluetooth directly from my phone, from Ebay to printer, without a 3rd party app.
Please help.

I've stumbled on a setting that you may want to know about. I print labels in bulk, up 8 at a time. But eBay page format is only available when printing a single label (4.00x6.00, 0.00&0.00 margin). Then the label printer will be ready for printing labels in bulk.
Mine will only print the first label of a page when the page has 4 labels. Anyway to print off all the labels at once?

Since this video was made, eBay changed the configuration of the postage page and it no longer has "printer and label receipt preferences" at the top right side of the page. On the left side of the page under "Order Details" there is an option at the bottom that allows me to change my label size but I don't have the option to choose a printer. My labels are off-center and it's bugging me. I checked the spool and the label paper is even on both sides, so that's not this issue. I've even tried moving the label roll to the left to even it out but it doesn't work. Since I can't choose the Zebra LP2844 4x6, is this the reason my labels are off-center? I've changed the scaling up and down. It's still cockeyed. Other than that the printer works great! I don't know why I waited so long to get one!
my problem with the zebra is, the label wants to print that stupid label/receipt info 8.5x11 format with no way of changing it to strictly 4x6. so I end up saving it as a PDF, opening it into photoshop, cutting all the info off, resizing it a 4x6 canvas, saving it as a pdf and printing it using the green feed button on the printer, talk about round about dumb way to a make a sicker label

Impossible to print a Ebay return label with the Arkscan 2054A. It prints in portrait but prints to landscape. I didn't have any issues with Amazon. Why?! There are no setting on Ebay to change the format. I'm going to return the printer if I can't figure this out.
I am having the same problem with a different label printer. There is no option for lanscape/portrait in the printing menu.
Hi, I've tried what you said, its priting out the label but in a really small size and isn't filling up the 4x6 label, any advice??
1. Make sure you run the calibration successfully
2. Make sure to set the stock name / page size to 4 x 6 under the driver’s Printer Preference
3. Make sure to set the format of the label to 4 x 6 before you purchase and print the label. (This seems like the issue you are having, since the Default format is 8.5 x 11)

My label is printing blurry, Its very hard to read . i just got a new Zebra GK420d how to fix it ? also i use mac and when i generate the label from amazon i can not print straightaway instead it asked me to Save it first and print it. When i save it , it saves the Label in one corner of the page
I honestly hope you have already solved your issue, but just in case you haven't, here's what I did (I have a PC, not a Mac btw): Go to the printer preferences, click on the tools tab, make sure "action" is highlighted on the left, then choose "load factory defaults" on the right side, then click send. Now try printing your label, this worked for me, I was trying to print a USPS label on a 4x6 sized label. It came out perfect. Hope this helps!
