I just purchased the 241-BT thermal label printer. they have an app named Labelife. The app works great. My dilemma, after a sale I purchase a label to print (4x6), if I select print label, my 241-BT is not a choice. So, I download the label to my phone. I then open the Labelife app and search for my downloaded label, finally when I find it, it prints great from the app. I would like to print via Bluetooth directly from my phone, from Ebay to printer, without a 3rd party app. Please help.

Sorry, but printing barcodes on a thermal printer out of a PDF file is a bad idea from the beginning... Copying a snapshot will not help at all. The one and only working option is - having the PDF file very precisely prepared for the final resolution of the thermal printer (usually 200 dpi only) + precise size of the label AND definitely not changing the scaling parameters of the printer options in Adobe (Reader) - and keeping it to 100 %. Any other "solution" will always provide bars and spaces with wrong widths and ratio - the scanners can accept this corrupt images or can not - depending on their scan engines and settings. Printing on laser or ink-based printer with higher resolution will only decrease the error caused by "scaling" but the final printout will not be acurate. Maybe by an accident in one case in a milion.
