Great video, I love how you express your love for using sharp hand tools over power tools. Most builders seem to have so many machines in their workshops it puts the beginner/novice builders off starting a project. Well done to you 👍.
Thanks a lot for your comment. You're spot on. I have tried minimize and simplify the amount of tools needed to keep the barrier of entry as low as possible. Boatbuilders still need quite a few tools, but these tools don't necessarily need to be expensive. And most of them can be muscle powered. :-)
I'm building a stitch and glue design for my first wooden boat... lapstrake requires too many bench tools for me. No wood shop. Just a small 2 car garage.
