- You're now 36 weeks pregnant! You might notice your heartburn and breathlessness start to ease a little and there's a good reason. At around this stage of pregnancy your baby starts to descent into position and as a result you might see your bump position has 'dropped'. This means other symptoms may flare up in their place though - needing to pee, back pain and hip pain? Yes it's all still possible. Sending love to you both 💗 not sure where you are both from, I'm in Scotland and now we are only allowed the 1 birth partner/father in for the birth then he needs to leave 1 hour after it.. he then cant return.. even If I'm in for days. 😢 and no other visitors are allowed. Then when we do get home all 3 of us need to isolate for 14 days.. so the grandparents and family cant meet our little one😢
Kirsty Robb currently in Australia, only allowed 1 person with u, not sure how long they can stay. Think they can’t leave till discharge. Planning on FaceTiming/ Video throughout. We in this together, sending lots of love and prayers

I’m in Huddersfield and it’s pretty much the same here, one birth partner - although they’ve said for 2 hours after the birth and then once he goes home that’s it for however long it will be 😢 then isolation. I know it’s for a good reason but it’s just not how I ever imagined it to be, as if the thought of it all isn’t scary enough xx

@@meganloveslife8570 Mine didn't spend a day longer than any other full-term baby born via c section (3 nights) We had an emergency c-section but when she came out she didn't need any extra care or anything so they treated her like she was a healthy full term baby.

Hi, I had a long hours of labor maybe almost 24 hrs, they say it varies especially I am a primi. I had to get an epidural when I was aroung 5cm, my bag of water did not broke, it was intact until I was 8cm my OB broke it. You can do it Mom! It was all worth it at the end. My baby is 2 months old now. And he is my world. Praying for your safe delivery🙏🏻

36 weeks today with a girl. I have a 2 1/2 year old boy. This pregnancy is so different. Carrying high, pelvic pain, no energy, lack of sleep, heartburn ect the list goes on. I’m ready but not ready at the same time.

36 weeks pregnant today! I am very excited to meet my baby girl soon! The heartburn has been pretty bad and lots of pelvic pressure finding it hard to walk depending on how she moves. It will all be worth it soon ❤ wishing all the expecting moms a wonderful safe delivery 😊

I’m 36 weeks and just found out I have Covid! 😢 Along with the normal Pregnancy symptoms (back hip pain to the point I can hardly walk, lightening, pelvic nerves etc) I now have the fevers, constant coughing and breathlessness, congestion etc.. 🤔no one else has seemed to mention swollen face, hands, and feet. My hands and fingers are so swollen and numb I can hardly work on my baby projects! The joint just ache and hurt so much. I wish there was something that could relieve these symptoms but I haven’t come across anything yet.

The stress and panic of an impending labour is definitely starting up now. I feel better after hiring a tens machine and learning hypnobirthing breathing. The more tools in your bag the better ! @@skyebunker4976 how exciting! My second baby is 6 weeks old 🥰 my eldest is almost 2! It’s a whirlwind for sure having kids! The births are intense but only last a few days if that, the real work comes in healing from pregnancy and learning how to help your child. Look into wonder weeks to learn about baby developments as they grow in jumps and starts so there will be periods of great unsettlement and sometimes it doesn’t matter what you do and you just have to ride the wave! Whatever your expectations of what you’ll be able to do postpartum lower it, if you exceed expectations you’ll be pleased with yourself but be gentle on yourself. It’s a lot to grow and child and then look after them! Don’t be afraid to reach out for help👍🏻❤️

I’m 36 weeks today and so excited to be in the final weeks before meeting this kiddo face to face. I will say, having a doula has been an invaluable tool in this mama’s “labor preparations” belt. I’ve been reading Birthing From Within by Pam England and Rob Horowitz and have just gotten to the chapters on ways to navigate pain through labor. My doula recommended this book and it is wonderful. It has been such a relief to process labor fears and strategize pain-coping techniques. Highly recommend, pregnant mamas!

excelled despite her circumstances. My advice: Read to your baby every day. No matter the book. It helps his development more than you realize. Children watch everything you do & will imitate you, so live your life in a way to make him proud that you are his Mom. 💕
36 weeks 6 days! Who else is having loose feeling joints down, constant need to wee, pain in pelvis and hip bone, leaking breasts, disturbed sleep and breathlessness! Though it’s all worth it!!!! Can’t wait to hold my little princess, first baby 😭

36 and feeling okayish. After a 23hr false labor last week it jump started everything. Girl is head down and way down but I havent dropped or lost any plug. Hip and pain under the belly were my joints are is still awful. More digestive upsets and getting exhausted.

36+0 today, due on New Year’s Eve! 😍😍 Pregnancy has been beautiful for me so far, thank god. Looking forward to the experience of childbirth again, and meeting my baby! My bump has dropped and then popped back up every few days since 32 weeks though. On low days, I can breathe and definitely have no reflux, BUT I pee like 10ml every 10 minutes which is annoying. When it’s higher, my bladder can fill more but GAWD is the reflux horrible! Still loving every second of it though, what an exciting time in life! 🙌🏻

36+1 weeks. Lost the plug😱 over 2 weeks ago. Keep getting painful regular contractions that stop after 9 hours. Very uncomfortable ' peeing constantly ' and just so ready now. Anxious about the birth.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and this pregnancy is so much different from my 1st one .
It is so hard to sleep, always feel like I’m running out of breath, always wanting to eat something 😭🤤😂, getting up every hour to pee, back is killing me, it is very uncomfortable and my legs always feels tired.

36 weeks today!! My belly is still very high but that's probably cause my baby is measuring 2 weeks longer than what I am (so he's 38 weeks tall) and taking up all the space. SO EXCITED TO MEET MY BABY BOY!

Hi, I'm near the end of week 36 and Thankfully the heartburn is easier now. Easier as in less frequent 😅 but I do have a hard time sleeping, walking as slow as a turtle or else I get serious contractions, and not to mention the constant toilet visits. SO ready to get this over with 🙈
I wonder though, all the lovely mums with their beautiful bumps, I have so many stretch marks on the lower part of my belly already. And they are so visible, I fear they will definitely stay after giving birth...
I've just entered 36 weeks!. Still have a little rearranging to do at the house, but why does every small task feel so big i could sleep for the whole of England after it!?😂😫. Pelvic pain ( on the left) and sleepless nights are becoming more of a thing. Swollen ankles feet and hands, i have a super penguin waddle now and i never really had heartburn but it's really here !. Overall I'm ok getting excited to meet my little boy now xxx

I’m 36 weeks tomorrow. Been having a lot more Braxton Hicks, lightening crotch, & baby’s kicks are uncomfortable now. Back & hip pain are increasing. I haven’t notice mucus plug or baby dropping yet.
36 weeks pregnant today. Honestly feeling pretty good overall. It's hard to get comfy at night, feels like either my crotch or hips hurt, and I wake up with tingling, numb fingers. But I'm still moving around pretty good, and it doesn't feel real that I'm going to have this baby soon! I'm also carrying small (I'm pretty tall). Yesterday I told someone I was trying to do all my shopping before baby comes and she was like, "You're pregnant?!" I pulled back my coat which was unzipped, then she said she could tell, but I didn't look that big...

I’m 36 weeks pregnant as of yesterday and my husband and I are so excited but, and I still get morning sickness. I been feeling really sore in my waist including Pelvis and lower belly. I am wodeling when I walk and just feel excited at the same time but nervous knowing labor can be any time now.
I’m 2 weeks ahead! Im 34 weeks & watching this. My early labour stmptoms iv lost the mucus plug & i get lots of braxton hicks and cramps and pressure
36wks right now. Am scheduled for a C in 2 weeks and the anxiety of 'my gosh, a baby is coming' is real! I'm a single mom to be and am doing it alone, - hoping baby stays in for the next 2 wks! This was a great episode, glad I just found your channel, thanks.

My heart burn last week and this week is the worst it has ever been! I can barely eat! His head is partly engaged but he doesn't seem to have dropped too much! So confused! Also been loosing little bits of my plug over the last 2 weeks as well! X

And baby is in and out of being engaged so I can still get the pains in my ribs and breathlessness to it being really low and my SPD really bad usually at night and in the morning baby is low and engaged but when eating dinner baby seems to come a lot higher! X
I'm 36 weeks with my son he will be here soon already dialated to 4 so could be any time im super excited but also nervous 💙

I am so tired. All the time. sleeping at night is a struggle and I’m blessed to be able to sleep during the day but it’s literally all day. I feel like I’m getting nothing done. And on seldom occasion when I do get something done I’m so sore and achy that I can’t move afterwards. So ready to have this baby 👍🏼
36 weeks today! The first baby of my husband, first nephews of my sister in law, and first grandson og my parents in law. So excited to see our Dutch-Indonesian baby soon! 😄😍 he will born at Juni 12, 2019 🤗
36 weeks today and sciatica kicked in yesterday. 100% spot on with labour anxiety. Excited to meet baby but so scared xx
