Great comparison between Thinkific and Kajabi highlighting the depth of Kajabi course creation abilities and the importance of marketing capabilities. Just one thing I'd like to point out. While Kajabi is a GREAT platform and I use it to host my website and courses and do all my email marketing - it's NOT a CRM - Customer Relationship Management tool as stated at 3:57. Kajabi's people management tool does make it easy to mange contacts who have subscribed or purchased and email them, a CRM does a lot more. For example, create tasks for contacts, log interactions from a variety of sources, connect all contacts from a company into a group and manage the multitude of tasks related to larger projects. In my experience confusion between what an email marketing system does and what a CRM does is common.

Such great points, Jeremy, about the pros and cons of Kajabi vs Thinkific! On the face of it, Thinkific's pricing may appear less (if you choose one of their entry-level, feature-light plans). But there are little to no marketing tools like Kajabi has (my favorite is the ability to have an awesome BLOG which = SEO/traffic to my site and course!).
There's no use building courses to sell if you don't effectively market them :). Add 3rd-party marketing tools to Thinkific and you exceed Kajabi's pricing, plus have to deal with Zapier, integrations, and learn at minimum 2-3 other systems. Kajabi is the clear winner for me!!
