There's something about Alan's stiff speech becoming more normal when arguing with Wall Guy, like he was so thrown off by the whole situation.

I love that Allen is already such a weird, neurotic character so he initially comes off as a gag character, but when he's confronted with someone who is a completely different kind of weird, like Finn Wolfhard living in the surprisingly spacious interior of the walls, he essentially plays the straight man to them. This kind of raw, unbelievably realistic humor is why a show like this needs to be greenlit, instead of the stupid shit we usually see from here. Your audience is smarter than you give them credit for. There's a reason so many people love this show idea. Because this is more than people falling down stairs, or throwing up, or getting drunk, or watered down political commentary.
I’m glad that the world is starting to take CZcams based artists and comedians as serious creators. No one but psychic pebbles could make this, along with Michael Cusack, who has been on adult swim before with the Rick and morty April fools episode, they are really a perfect team.

This is actually a very effective gag in entertainment. It's honestly the basis of the Kramer character in Seinfeld or even Phoebe in Friends.
