Tasty has a large food series. He did spaghetti and meatballs! He had to use round cake pans like to make soccer ball cakes to make the meatballs.
Maybe a ostrich egg would of be a cool idea for this?
Also me and my boyfriend tried your southern fried chicken from your first cook book it was so good and tasty. It was a birthday gift from him as he knows I love watching your content and also watches with when I'm down at his. I made the hot chocolate from your recent 4×3 1 video he loved it. Just regular lint instead of mint as I couldn't find any in the small co-OP near him but I did use a vanilla pod he was given a few by a cousin. He loved it so much and it's just as nice cold as warm.
Just fyi, The egg for the Sausage Egg and cheese McMuffin is steamed. All they do is break the yolk then it gets steamed.
To make it even better you should've cut "inside" surfaces of both top and bottom muffins then slightly toast them.

One suggestion to improve - toast the muffin and add some butter!

Only if they cut the top layer in half and then toasted both top and bottom with loads of butter it would have been a perfect "Giant Sausage Egg & Cheese McMuffin Sandwich." (Optional) They also could have cooked the sausage 5 to 10 minutes less for the patty to be much more juicer and giving it flip or two for it to not be burnt on the bottom. Otherwise like you said " Spot On!!"

My mcmuffin is never moist :( it's always dry and sometimes the edges are a bit too crispy.

It looks amazingly similar to the real deal. I was looking at the bun/egg half and the sausage/cheese/bun half and I was not sure how it would compare, but I am astounded!

the bread's a bit thick on top, plus i've never seen anyone eat an english muffin untoasted (also needs butter). spot on otherwise!

love theese two together have missed them both.
Forgot the butter lads, they use vegetable butter, and drizzle it on from a bottle onto the inside of the muffin.
Also how they cook the eggs is a sort of hotplate, they crack the eggs into round holders over the hot plate, close the lid and pour water on it so it's kinda steamed.
Although I appreciate you guys obviously didn't have that option since you're supersizing it, well done you nailed it very well.
Weirdly while cooking eggs at work I was thinking about a giant round egg!

Late to the part but a tip for your spring tin. If you put grease proof over the base and put the springform around the greaseproof (like an old school jam lid) it tends to make it more water tight.
Also I'd love to see you guys make a giant taco.

I've got to say something, because this is serious business and all. The muffin "halves" should have been de-crusted on one side each . Then toasted under the broiler and lightly buttered before construction. But I'm still lovin it.

Fast food restaurants like McDonald's aren't gonna make proper fried eggs. They intentionally pierce the yolks to ensure that it's completely cooked through. It's in the food safety guidelines, which is also the reason that you can't order a "medium rare" burger from a fast food restaurant.
It's not a "failed egg", that's how it's supposed to look (although I think they should stir it a bit more to get the yolk more spread out)
