- Noel Pittman takes us on a tour of her Spanish colonial home from the 1920s in LA’s historic Hancock Park neighborhood. The interior designer shares how she embraced the heritage of the home, her belief that separate rooms create more flexibility in decorating compared to open floor plans, and her trick to finding the perfect textile for a space.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOME. I just wish the home tour was about 30 minutes longer. This house deserves a long video.
Exactly!
I love that she loves individually delineated rooms. A woman after my own heart😊
Yes!!!
Me too, for the same reasons
Yep!!
Yes I feel the same. Individual rooms give you the privacy and the ability to use that particular space in a different way.
Understated, simplicity, and elegance!
So gorgeous and uncluttered. Serene and elegant. Not overdone at all.
My sentiments exactly..I love Spanish colonial style homes...she did good❤
Glad this house found its perfect owner. Not only preserved it, but this beautiful and talented lady actually upgraded it!
So cohesive and authentic. I would feel very grounded there.
❤What a treat to revisit my old stomping grounds, where too many homes have now been so over modified, they lack soul. Noel truly approached the update of this home intelligently. It's calming, warm and intuitive -- no explanations required. I'm with the others here, who praise her for not tearing down walls to create an open plan. A home needs a sense of surprise.
Individual rooms with a surprise of individual character in each, vs one vast open space. So cozy and interesting! ❤
Such a beautiful home, and I love that she likes individual rooms instead of the big open concept. Bravo!
Me too 🌄😊
What a beautiful home! I’m with her. I love separate rooms also. My family room and kitchen is the only open concept part of my house. I don’t think I could handle any more open concept than that. It’s a pleasure to walk in another room and get an entire different feeling. Somehow my home still seems to blend nicely. I felt that her home still blended also. Thanks for showing us your home.
That sunburst ceiling mount light fixture at 2:55! Her books all the same height in the book shelf! The gorgeous ceramics. Everything about this home is perfection.
one of the best houses and interiors ever!
Love her soft and beautiful style!
I so love this house and everything in it.
Love love love! Comfortable elegance ❤

You have done a remarkable job of designing your first garden. I like it as much as the interior and both are calm, elegant, welcoming spaces. thanks for sharing them.

Gorgeous
Her house is stunning. I love the indoors AND the outdoors. (Is that couch giant or is she really tiny or both?)
I also like to have individual rooms and here it’s not a monotonous home!
Sigh…❤
Stunning home. Where did she buy those gorgeous outdoor seats? 4:08
They are incredible! I’ve never seen pink outdoor cushions. Love!

Sweeet❤
I love this house, but OMG how much money does she have to be able to afford a 4 million dollar home??? 😭😭😭
Single designer lives in a little mansion in Hancock Park. Trying to figure out how this is possible...
