This is the first song of Bob Dylan's first album, Bob Dylan. It's originally by Jesse Fuller, the author of San Francisco Bay Blues. Jesse Fuller originally recorded it as "Crazy About a Woman". Bob actually changes key for the harmonica solo so the song is in C but the solo is in G (with a C harmonica). You can find the chords at my favourite Bob Dylan chords site, dylanchords.com . Bob plays with a pick, but it works well fingerpicking.
