    I just tried one at a psychologists, and now I want one. I became more present in the moment, and more relaxed. When you are already tense, it doesn't really make you more stressed to squeeze a ball, that makes no sense.

    I use stone boading balls for anxiety and when I need to concentrate i transfer my energy into those

    Doctify is a CON. "Real reviews" are INVITE ONLY. If the doctor feels you will give a good review they will invite you to leave a Doctify comment. My eye surgeon would not let me leave a doctify review having botched my surgery.
