I’ve had a Meniscus tear on both sides of my right knee and the doctor wanted to do surgery. After doing my own research, I found out that MOST tears doesn’t need surgery. So what I did was ordered some Black Seed Oil...took 1 tsp every morning after breakfast along with MSM and collagen. I also would heat up the black seed oil and massage my knee really well before bed then elevate my leg for about 30 min then wrap it. I did this for about six months. It worked and now my knee is just fine. I pray this helps someone just like it helped me. Take care of yourselves first!♥️💯

Azhane, you did the right thing to attack the root cause of your problem just as the doctor mentioned. You have demonstrated your commitment to take the right and long way to recovery. Not many people choose the long approach unfortunately. They prefer the shortcut and in the long term they get the negative consequences..

I have had experience with torn meniscus, for me, the best thing that helped me was physical therapy, but within that is, for me now, was riding a stationary bike, I have good results with riding my own bike but that is more stress on the knee, I have rocked my affected knee while sitting by raising that leg and slowly swinging my foot back and forth, all in attempts to wear down the tear. Of course today I think I re-tore my meniscus, the pain is pretty bad, trying to learn new tricks and refresh myself on old ones, thanks for your post Azhane d

I tore my meniscus about a couple of months ago. My doctor recommends getting cortisone injections before surgery. A injection is just a band aid over the tear. It's a waste of time. I'm very active. I just want to feel like myself again.😢
