  • In this video, I give many tips on how to smoke a rack of beef ribs with very little fuss.
    I have done them various ways but this method is the most simple \ easiest way to get the job done.
    Admittedly with a pellet smoker, you’ll never get the full smoke flavour you would have from an offset but it is so Close!
    I’ll always say and stick to the fact; that salt and pepper is one of the best ways to season beef Ribs or brisket. You just cannot go wrong!
