Bloody great stuff Duncan! My first thought like most is that you mean KIMCHI. But to me it is a side dish like beans or cauli greens. The only Korean sauces I can think of are Cho gochujang and Ssamjang. Cho gochujang is closest in technique to chimichurri. Both chilli based and deliciously spicy. 🔥🤙🏾🍻

@BrothersoftheGrill awesome. I rarely buy prime cuts, and wait for specials on the big cuts like packers....otherwise we try and use one of the grills/pizza oven 4 to 5 times a week. My better half is from SA so we love to have a group round the heat. I look forward to seeing more content

Loved the content from the Part 1 right through Part 3. I wish though you had done a biscuit test so that we can accurately see where the hot spots are and maybe run a temperature test with gauges on key points in the smoker. But overall, you have done a great build.

My wife was telling me about people having this problem and honestly it was the first time I've ever heard of mold on a grill. Then again i live in Texas, and I grill/smoke year round. Great video and beautiful Weber kettle. 👍🏾

Great in theory but unproven. I’m not sure it the goldees pit is even selling. There are no videos of buyers showing off their new goldees pit. Cheers!
I have access to a goldee's offset here in the uk and I'm cooking on both for a wedding in 2 weeks. I will be doing a video on that. The briskets and pork butt's I cooked on my offset actually came out spot on. Goldee's offset must be selling as I have seen many different videos of lots of goldee's offsets being made by M M BBQ 🤔
