Smoked BBQ Ribs with Really Smoking

- Smoking Ribs in vertical propane smoker using Cold Smoke generator.
I usually cook for 1 hour then apply smoke and cook for 1 hour and then wrap them in to aluminum foil to steam in there own juices. Before wrapping in to foil you can introduce additional spices or flavors : honey , brown sugar , beer or something else - that way your ribs will be cooked together , but will have different flavors.
Wrapped in foil ribs could be steaming for 2 - 4 hours depending on temperature.

What pump do you recommend?
this is totally up to you - any will do. You can use simple with single outlet, but it could be harder to get fire starting up to connecting compressed air tank and regulating output. You can check my other videos about Cold Smoke Generator "Mark V1".
What do you do with all that food you make? How many people are you feeding?
Ribs and beer ... sounds like Party ... 1/2 slab is a meal (with add on's) if you doing 8 slabs it will be for 16 people ... couple tips : you can freeze it , if you doing for a week for yourself that's about 3 slabs and with family easy will be about 4 gone in the evening. Big meal will be one slab :) and you still would want more.
