- After seeing #savepsectacularspiderman trend on Twitter, I decided to make an edit out of one of my favorite side characters in the show. I love Sally's voice and her spiteful attitude. The show really did love their side characters as much as it loved the lead characters. The MCU really missed out on a huge opportunity with Sally Avril.
An absolutely wonderful show that I hope will come back even though I am more likely to be struck by lightning.
Can we show some love to randy? such a chill dude 🙂

In the original comics (1963), she mocked and made fun of him on uncle Ben's funeral. She was one of the main bullies along with flash and Jason and eventually get herself killed in a car-crash while obsessing over finding out spider man's true identity. Trust me it was one of the most satisfying moments in comic book history. She was an annoying fucking bitch the whole time. I mean bullying someone because his uncle died? That's fucked up.

It's not his personality to stand up for the little guy, nor is it his personality to beat the little guy up either. In a way you could consider him a realist, he knows his place and is secure enough to know that while helping them could have been an admirable thing, he had no reason to because it wasn't his job or purpose to take a stand and fight back. It's the job of the person being bullied to stand up for themselves and grow. I'm not saying bullying is right, but the bully and the bullied both have growing to do, and in a lot of cases, the growing for both of them only starts when the bullied actually makes a stand against the bully.

All due to Disney and Sony fighting over TV show rights to make any kind of Spider-Man TV show at all. I'd say that Sony should have the rights to make movies and TV shows based on ALL of Marvel's properties and no longer multiple companies (Disney, Sony, Fox, and Universal).

Besides Liz's kindness and Mary Jane's badassness, Stacy's popular attitude is literally my favourite characteristic of this whole show.
Tbh I actually like Sally, she's hilarious. She's superbly written, and the New York accent, she's perfect.
Grey Griffin was great as Sally, but I will always remember her voicing Azula from Avatar and Daphne from Scooby Zoo.

Sally can be can bad and spiteful bully but if she saw her doppelganger from that earth where's a heroine; named Blue-Bird, she's part of Spider-Man's team and knows Peter is Spider-Man if the series never added in the multiverse into the mix and Blue-Bird came in one episode Sally's doppelganger would soon set Sally Avril straight, which would get her to see that she's got to change herself, the signs are there "Sally being worried for Peter thinking he was dead, and she felt sorry for Peter when his aunt May was in hospital." this is proof that she can change.
