My bottle collection looks just like yours! I use a label glue remover called Goo Gone! its sold in Walmart in the U.S.A.

Tried making wine once & completely fudged it. Never again. It was like a massacre
Oh mate, if you like wine this is the most satisfying way to enjoy it. You do however, need patience.
