SHred, is bulk aging with a solid stopper better/worse than an airlock? I’ve been using airlocks. -- Also, I’m installing a trellis. I’m pretty excited. Keep those vineyard videos coming too.

don't think one is better than the other. Aways go with airlock if you think there is still some activity in the wine. But must keep it filled with liquid for it to work. Solid is good if all activity done, but they can also pop out. I pay close attention to whichever type I'm using.
