That is fantastic! I wish I was in an area where you were doing this, I would love to come, but I would like to watch the activity in the kitchen. Just from a corner, somewhere out of the way. You could toss me a scrap occasionally...lol This looks like so much fun. I know it must be terribly exhausting, but incredibly rewarding also. She has been working in kitchens for 25 years? How old was she when she started? Two? She looks too young and pretty to be a chef. The stress ages one.
