Maple Shortbread Cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 gr)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (80 gr)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 cups cake flour (210 gr)
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (30 gr)
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar (75 gr), or more
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (15 gr)
- 1/4 tsp maple extract
