- This is a Tashkent recipe for a loved-by-everyone Uzbek Pilaf. In general it is cooked with beaf or lamb, but some people prefer chicken also.

Well, you used garlic and grapes in this recipe. Is it okay if we use garlic and grapes in lamb meat? Please I would be very happy if you reply.
Of course you can use them with lamb. Actually pilaf with lamb is the best
Just wanna ask..why dont you stir the rice and the gravy together while cooked it? Is that to prevent the rice break?

Hello, i would love to try to cook it but i have a question, when you heat the oil add the chicken and ognon, then you add water, but adding water on hot oil isnt dangerous ?? (sorry i have no cooking skills lol)
Adding water to any utensils with oil along with flame is extremely dangerous as it creates a huge fire ball, causing flame to increase. In this case, there is no flame. Hence, the water reduces the heat of the oil, which allows it to cook properly.
