Ingredients
4 cups long grain sells rice
1 cup sesame oil or any other oil
2 onions
1 kg lamb meat
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 Tbsp
How water 4 cups plus 2 cups
4 carrots
1 cup raisin
You can dum It on the stove top or oven
On medium to low heat

پیاز دو‌عدد
آب جوش چهار گیلاس و بعد دو گیلاس
نمک به قدر ضر‌ر‌ورت
زیره یک قاشق غ
زردک چهار عدد
کشمش یک پیاله
