2 teens intentionally run down by BC driver, police say

Two teenagers were injured in Abbotsford, B.C., on Wednesday when it appears they were intentionally struck by a car, police said.
The people involved were in an argument before the collisions, police said. The age of the driver has not been released at this time.
Video from the scene shows a car racing towards the teens before a hitting sound, followed by screaming, can be heard.

So a man runs down teens at high speed, hitting them. I'm pretty sure that is attempted murder x3. And the man is let go hours later. How is this justified? The man deserves to be in prison with no bail. I'm pretty discouraged with the system now..

The issue is it’s no longer simply ringing door bells. These kids are kicking the doors and vandalizing homes too. There are harmless pranks but the lines have been blurred now so I don’t blame the homeowner for thinking something bad was happening to them.
Those pranks are mostly peaceful, you know.
What could lead up to it? The police not doing their job.
The kids got run over for playing Nicky 9 doors? Either that driver has serious mental issues or there's more at play.

You can put up barriers to stop drivers from accessing narrow walkways, however to deter drivers from weaponizing their cars the justice system has to send this person to prison for many years. He is a real danger to whichever community he lives in.

A neighbor,who was a former nurse, ran down another neighbor with her car,was released and not sure if she will be held accountable. She allegedly laughed about it afterwards. This wasn't the first time she used her vehicle as a weapon .

Trespassing and harassment is still not an excuse to use your vehicle as a weapon to cause serious injury or death; especially in this case where the victims are teenagers.
@@quincee3376 yes it has changed. Groups of them take turns doing it all night long. They don't just knock. They kick the door so hard that windows in the house rattle. Some have even damaged doors around here. The driver was most likely sick of it and I don't blame him for his actions.
Run over?? There were minor injuries and one went to hospital and released. Not even a broken bone. They aren't "kids". They are young men. Get a grip on reality and you hate driven need for vengeance.

Maybe was a teenage prank, but the problem is once they do it the victim might react unpredictably, and if rage sets in you get this result. The driver stayed at the scene which means after he calmed down he realized that something bad had happened but it was too late.
