Flying the DCS F/A-18C Hornet in a MASSIVE Airstrike!

- This is Mission number 8 in our fictional Operation Burning Sands Campaign where we are bringing the fictional countries of the old Strike Fighters Flight Simulator Series to life within @EagleDynamicsTV Digital Combat Simulator World. Members of my community have been craving more story driven missions and more roleplaying in said missions and a fictional campaign with a fictional storyline allows us to breakthrough the harsh geo-political realities of the DCS Syria Map and create a gritty, Tom Clancy like storyline for our two fictional middle eastern nations of the Kingdom of Dhimar and the Empire of Paran.
In this mission, the Shah of Dhimar has just left the memorial service for his fallen son, an F-14A Tomcat pilot based at Ramat David, as he contemplates and reflects on what modern war means, and what his nation is fighting for. I am flying a Royal Dhimar Marine Corps F/A-18C Hornet leading a MASSIVE Strike Package on the very first combat mission for the RDMC in fixed wing aircraft.

That was fascinating to watch. I’m just getting started in DCS so I didn’t understand a lot of what was happening but I can appreciate the skill and expertise you and all the other pilots showed and the way everyone communicated and worked as a team was awesome. I’ve been a general aviation flight simmer for several years but this DCS venture is almost like starting from scratch in trying to learn all the weapon systems and tactics. I’m enjoying the experience though and hopefully one of these days I’ll be able to join in a great mission such as this one. I’ve learned so much watching this channel and appreciate the effort you put into all your video’s.

Hope yall are doing well. Had my whole gaming rig ( Corsair Vengeance I9 10859K w/RTX 3080, 64 ddr4, HP REVERB G2, TM throttles, Virpil Warbird base and TM FA18 stick, MFG rudder pedals with dampener, 27 Dell gaming monitor and all my perifals stolen by ex girlfriend. She's facing several felony charges. Glad I have renters insurance. I miss flying DCS. Member of the VFA-14 Tophatters Squadron ( vCSG-3). Hopefully once everything is done I'll have to purchase a new gaming rig. Sort of off topic, what do you all think of Digital Storm systems?? I'm frustrated asf right now. Ugh.

I'm a "hoarding survivor", 38 years old. Most will never make it out of a hoarding situation. Also, I am missing 3-12th grade. It seems I have education, but I've been living 2 lives pretty much and learning through context. Apparently I had a college reading comprehension level in middle school. My father forced me to stay in the classes that provided under leveled work, like 3rd grade stuff in 6th grade in which I completed everything before the year was half over. I did that each year, and most of the time was filled with recreational things including floppy discs and bumper pool.
Why now? My father recently went in for surgery and while recovering I took it upon my self to clean the house, basically. I also have a ton of martial arts training, work experience etc etc.
I'm the perfect DCS "experiment" for youtube. I have kept the same callsign since before I started drinking alcohol as a teen. I have been 3 years sober now. You know what I'm asking. Not gonna get the callsign unless I see incentive.

harsh geo-political realities of the syria map? huuuuuh? rather than fictional I don't know why you don't recreate actual history. Not sure why so many people are scared of real historical re-enactment.
Welp I’m not scared you can find tons of historical on my channel. However, the Syria map really limits your possibilities and creatively for mission making if you are trying strictly adhere to history.
