Pirates of Barracuda Bay 21322: • LEGO Ideas Pirates of ...
Brickbeard's Bounty 6243: • LEGO Pirates Brickbear... - Zábava
I’d like to see a fleet of the 1992 Imperial Flagship flanking the large 2010 Imperial Flagship led under Admiral Woodhouse.
Wow!!! You have an epic fleet right here!!!!
Hey thanks Shy! I'm a big pirate guy so it kinda happened lol
15:00 - The Skull's Eye Schooner (6286) had a functioning rudder connected to the steering wheel.
I love LEGO Pirate Ships but they’re always so expensive! I want the new creator 3 in 1 one but I also really want the new Attack on The Burrow...
Oh buddy... yeah i hear ya Jawa, its tricky getting everything you want, or even what you most want
probably a bit late commenting this but the creator 3 in 1 is absolutely worth it, ive got it myself and its one of my favorite Lego sets i own
Hey thanks for the info, I'm in going to pull the trigger on it soon 🔥
finally something different then another set review, thanks!
Hey thanks Jo 🙌 I try to make unique content whenever possible, appreciate it man 👍
This is so cool!
Thanks Wex, love pirate ships too
This is a epic video!
Thanks Blitz 🙌
Nice man
Thanks Brick 🙌
This review was very enjoyable! When you we’re talking about the smaller Imperial Flagship, you were saying that this was the only one with a compass, and moving rudder, well there’s actually another ship with the same features called “The Skull’s Eye Schooner” set 6286. I suggest searching it up on Bricklink or somewhere else! :D
Hey sorry, meant that it was the only one in my collection with those items, and thanks man, just doing what I can
I have the 1992 Imperial flagship. My Mum bought it for me back in 1994. Although it is small, it has a very cool classic look, and a nice artwork on its sails. It attracted my attention when it was first released. I still love it a lot till this day.
Its a great set honestly, love the compass and rudder feature as well, awesome set to own 🔥
Great review! The imperial flagship of 2010 is definately one of the best LEGO ships but it is a shame imperial flagship is very very expensive
Completely agree, and yeah... its stupid expensive nowadays. Crazy it only went for 200 USD or something back when it was out
I still got mine built and didnt know it is going for a lot nowadays?¿
i guess i was a super lucky to get one when it released but outside of that, i had so much fun with this set
Its a great model, top 3 pirate sets ever made imo
Aww yeah...pirate ships! ARRRR!!!! So many cool designs over the years.
So far I have the 3 Pirates of the Caribbean ships and the new Barracuda set...I'd love to get more.
Very nice comparison. 2010 Imperial Flagship is truly remarkable - fantastic set, clearly made with adults in mind.
I wonder how the new Creator Pirate Ship stacks up compared to a vessel like the 2009 Brickbeard's Bounty or the 2015 Brick Bounty, as they are kind of the modern "standard" size for a large Pirate ship from LEGO. Sadly, most reviews show it next to the recent Black Sea's Barracuda or even the Silent Mary, which is not the most fair comparison, but I understand not everyone keeps those older vessels around for that.
Hey thanks Wiktor, and thats a good idea, when I get that set, I'll try and do another comparison.
I wish I had a pirate ship! Also, what is Scott's Song called? One more suggestion is to turn down the music cause it's a bit distracting.
Hey good suggestion, new software and it tends to get loud at times, figuring it out. Its drunken sailor
watching this (again lol) cuz im super pumped to finish barracuda bay so they are all great sets i just think the two big bois are better with detail and stuff
Hahaha i love the fact you rewatch it so often, they are, the 2 bigger ones are definitely my favorites 👌
im jealous!
Haha years of collecting
Amazing man sorry I didn't watch till noe
Haha no worries Alex 🤙
There's a pretty cool moc called the "la greunallile" it's a great ship.
Hmm I'll have to check it out, thanks for the info Matt 🤙
@@TieTheLegoGuy it has the instructions for it
With the Barracuda, the white thing inside of the captain's quarters isn't a wig on a statue. It's a bust. Made of presumably marble.
Ahh that makes alot of sense actually, thanks man 🤙
Also, what song do you use at 11:51?
I'll have to check, its on the tip of my brain, but not coming through
@@TieTheLegoGuy ok!
Hmm I dont think it is, but maybe? Have to go through the list, will find when editing tomorrow most likely lol
@@TieTheLegoGuy it is, thanks!
Do you have the Skull's Eye?
No unfortunately, hopefully one day
l Live Lego pirates
Same here 🔥
I thought the Pirates were the "good guys"!
Haha from a certain point of view 😉
2:01 I have the same mouse as you. Not that it has anything to do with anything.
No, no this is a very good point, i thought this was funny lol
out of all of these you get 10 British red coat figs
Barracuda is nice for sure, but doesn't come close to the Imperial Flagship imo. That gun floor, a seperate kitchen, a prison and a spacey captain's cabin which you can dress up further, and ofcourse the ease of accessing below deck, are just all exquisite features that make the flagship a real statement.
Excellent points, getting to the interior of the Barracuda is a pain honestly
I think the white statue in the 21322 cabin is supposed to be a bust, maybe one of Redbeards treasures he stole from Gouveneur Broadsides quarters?
I think you're right, I cannot imagine Brickbeard putting that thing on lol
@@TieTheLegoGuy I'm sorry, I simply cannot accept the name Brickbeard for him, even tho I find it funny. To me he'll always be Cpt. Roger Redbeard. The brown bearded fella from 6243 is Brickbeard ;-)
Offff did I call the Captain of the Barracuda Brickbeard? If I did I'm sorry lol. And Brickbeard is funny, but super unrealistic, I agree
@@TieTheLegoGuy I find Redbeard such a funny idea too, I mean the guy is basicly a kid-friendly version of Blackbeard (who was known for torturing prisoners on pretty barbaric ways, so yeah, he isn't really fit for LEGO, tho they have done him in 2 versions from PotC and the cmfs).
I see Cpt. Redbeard as the cartoonish, always swearing in seamen language, grizzled captain, who is always after gold, rum and glory. "Shiver me timbers ya scallywag!", you know :-D
I remember an old non-LEGO CD-Rom story I heard as a kid, that had a captain of that sort in it and his german voice was just perfect for a character like this. He was exactly what I think Redbeard would be.
I completely agree, i find the line between what LEGO makes it to sets and what they choose not to often blurred. Like they'll do stuff thats more obscure but terrible if you really look at it, like Red beard (although I absolutely love sets related to him) but not make other sets.
Haha thats funny, wish I spoke German so I could search it
Nice comparison. I probably don't have to write that I adore the Lego Pirate theme and especially the ships. The only negative side that came to my mind is that these ships are usually huge and hard to find a place to store them.
And yes, Imperial Flagship is big.
But what do you think about the set The Flying Dutchmen 16016 from Lepin?
I know, I know, Lepin, but it's a really beautiful and huge ship. What do you think?
I hear that, why i store so many of my sets lol.
Ahh lepin... well i can't endorse Lepin that ship looks pretty good 👌 its not as bothersome for me since LEGO never made this set, so its not a copy. Another thing is Lepin sets generally look decent on display, which is probably what your looking for, not wanting to play with it which is where the issues are generally
As for me, imperial flagship from 2010 is the best out of all shown in the video, out of all lego ships - on the first place, sharing it with classic barracuda. I don’t like the new barracuda for two reasons: 1. Redbeard looks ugly without his classic face. 2. Why are cannonports used as windows? This isn’t a merchant ship with bootleg ports!
Hmm good points, I thought about the window ports too, kinda threw me off lol
I want to sell it for a good prince
Hi i am my name and angelo i am from brazil so i wanted to know so i wanted to know the rarity of a 1992 lego doll worth ? L have one and my grandfather was just a doll
Hmm if its in good condition, I'd say around 250 USD? Its a pretty rare set and alot of people want it, great set to have 🔥
And only the doll has no accessories, but in good condtion
Just wanted to know if it´s worth
Oh ok, so the ship but no minifigs? The ship is still worth 200 USD
@@TieTheLegoGuy l don't have a ship l just wanted to sell this doll
내 6271
way better job tie instead of showing ur face with no sunglasses
you did not show ur face at all
Hahaha I'm adapting 😉
A ship is a 'She', not 'He'. :-)
Haha I'm aware, must have slipped up
