Glad to be able to help! These are things we generally get to discuss with folks when we see them at shows but not always when you buy from the website! -Scott

What do I need to do or buy to be able to use a horn button on NRG-RST-024CF-GN
And be able to use the carbon fiber plate that came with the wheel

I have a new grip royal brute wheel with an Nrg quick release. I had to buy the grip royal rotator ring to fix the orientation. The rotator ring inside diameter is much smaller than the diameter of the wheel, my grip royal horn button does not fit inside. It doesn’t work.

If you’re running a quick release you can move the rotator under the quick release rather above it. Hit me back if not! -Scott

@@griproyal I feel like that would be a pretty weird place to put it, as it’s supposed to rotated the bolt pattern of the wheel. I just feel like that’s a pretty big oversight for something that costs 3 times what the competitors cost. I also sent an email about the issue but haven’t got a reply.

@@psylentsneaks3856 it’s irrelevant as to where the clocking rotator spacer is placed. All the hub and quick release do is convert your splines column to a six bolt pattern. Clocking it with our spacer does just that, clocks it. All of the items stack together and are universal besides a hub.
As for the emails Mike has cleared out our inbox at the time I’m responding now so I’d imagine you’ve received a response by now. Maybe check your spam inbox as sometimes our emails end up there.
      Thanks!

Ok, so you (as a company) have created an issue by only supplying hubs and quick releases that are a different bolt orientation to the wheels you make. You then solve the issue by producing a spacer that is supposed to rotate the wheel to the correct position to work with the other products that you sell, but this product doesn’t work with the other products you sell. And your solution is to put it in a different location.
I’m sorry, I didn’t over pay for a product to have the logos all out of whack. That just seems crazy to me. And I’m only replying here because I never got an email back.

do I need to purchase a special wiring harness to go from the wheel to the horn? wouldn't the wires twist when I turn the wheel?

    • @griproyal

Each hub adapter is specific to each vehicle and has provisions for the horn wires to pass through. So no, the wires won’t twist as they’re contained inside of everything past the adapter hub.
