I just stumbled upon your vids tonight as I look for info on how to do body work on my newly aquired (very rusty) 72 bronco ranger.... she's a 1 owner with all the trim good glass great interior seats and dash pad but she doesn't have a panel that doesn't have rot.... I've never done body work but I want to learn with this bronco, I know it won't be perfect but I am gonna do my best, I don't really have anyone to teach me but I do have the tools and the will.. thank you for these vids
Looks great by the looks of it you got your bronco from the same guy I got mine from yes they fixed the rust the same dam way some peoples kids keep up the great work.
I installed the grill so I could get good front fender and hood alignment. Just easier to leave it on. Some people will tape off the center of the grill and shoot it a different color.

Did you put any filler or sealant on the crack after you changed the rear lower fenders or did you leave the open gap? Thanks!
Great video, thanks for the update! You mentioned it was a color change - wasn’t your bronco midnight blue to start with?
It was a dark blue but green under that and several layers of primer, it all needed to come off.
