Great products bikes and scooters. I now own 3 total. R1,f2, Gotrax flex. Love them all. It was an easy choice for me when I purchased them. Mainly because Gotrax is a USA base company. Secondly build quality and the list goes on. Hopefully I will be able to get the f5 or try it out. Highly recommend to everyone the Gotrax brand electric bikes, scooters and all their electric vehicle’s.

I ordered the Gotrax flex ultra, it arrived today. Got to me fast! Easy to put together but it is heavy. Had a neighbor help me lift out of the box. It is really sturdy and looks great! Charged up nicely. Im waiting for my helmet to be deliverted and i will test it then. I will do a review of sorts on my channel.
I have been saving all my money for this it is so cool!!! my friend has one and he showed me all about this you are a very underrated company!

Please come out with a version of this with more powerful motor and accommodate heavier riders. Maybe a 750w motor with 300lb weight capacity. I have this model and it is fun, but not strong enough to go uphill. Thanks!

The back wheel have a loud sound like scratching, I already sent 2 emails to gotrax support not answer yet is the part of the brake (disk) something like too tight, we just got the scooter few days ago, we ride like 200 feet and we have to stop, don’t know whaat to do
Last year in the fall I bought an Astro, which looks a lot like this one. I have not been able to ride it because I couldn't figure out how to get the seat on it. I was hoping this video would show that but it was so fast I had to slow the video down and rewatch it. Once I did that it seemed like you just put the seat in place. Maybe the seat on this model is different? I will keep trying to find info because I'm having surgery soon and this scooter may be the only way I'll be able to get around for a while.
have you attempted to watch a video on how to put on your seat my friend? I strongly dislike when I get stuck on little errors, personally. I hope you figure it out!
I can't start the scooter don't know what's wrong. I asked the support and was told to put the foot in the pedal...WHAT PEDAL?!
Are the flex series legal to ride since they dont have peddles i tried calling my dmv and also talking with police and no one can tell me if there legal to operate in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania?Thanks!
If you still need an answer then yes you don’t need a license

What happened to it? I bought last month & rode it a few times. Just wanna heads up on what could happen.
@@pinkfreud62 the handle bars kept coming loose like the 4 screws at the bottom that hold it came out randomly so I’d watch out for that also the back tire went flat multiple times and the front tire literally exploded
@@Jiggahoggathat typically means that the inner tubes you are using are poor quality or that there may be something stuck in the actual outer tire. Check to make sure the frame doesnt have and areas that are bent. That can cause a weak spot on the tire. As for the screws maybe try using someone’s electric screwdriver to ensure that they are super tight.
Mine came with no instructions or tools. $500 from Amazon… doesn’t move… not cool
