I want to like this vacuum, but it's not easy to put the pads on the plastic piece that attaches to the bottom, so I end up just dragging it back and forth. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thx
Hi there, simply detach the mop pad tray and wrap the elastic of the pad around the base of the tray. Then reconnect the tray to the machine by placing it pad-side down onto the floor followed by placing the machine on top until it clicks. Instructions are on Page 6 of the User Guide.
@@BISSELLAustraliaNZ thanks, that's what I do but never hear that 'click' which would indicate that it's attached, so I just drag it back and forth never lifting. Just thought there was a better way. Well it does work, just not as easy or as expected. I love Bissell products.
Ensure you're only wrapping the pad around the edges of the tray with the tab at the back, and aligning the foot of the machine with the corresponding window slots on the tray - pushing the machine firmly down on the tray to connect it. With all aligned correctly, press down with your foot if needed.@@galleta_2024
