Thank You for explaining The Armor of God. Seems like the more I have faith to overcome my sins the more I am attacked . I am praying to overcome the desire for glory by untruethfulness. Basically I am prone to makeing up stories to make myself feel glorified . Jesus is holding back the demons of lust Amen. Keep up the teachings . I can't understand why it took so long to find your channel on youtube.
Vanhelsing Vanruper, look this way; it is better late than never to find the 'gold nuggets' like this one! Actually it is never too late as long as one is alive, now learning the 'Truth', you can apply it into your life.
With the 'self glorifying' aspect, I think, I can help you to overcome it. You just have to realize that what happens when you boast is; instead of building up your image (the supposed glorification) in such a foolish way, you make a "FOOL" of yourself, even an 'idiot'. For the most part people would know that you are making up the stories but they would say nothing for reasons known to them. The effect is that they treat you as a benign 'idiot', and with a little smirk on their faces, they let the story fly.
When you are tempted to boast, just keep in your mind: "Oh, again I am making an "IDIOT' of myself!!! At first you might feel somewhat offended for the words of truth that I wrote (isn't 'the truth' sometimes offensive?), but that should heal you! May the Lord bless you, and help you to transfer your life for better!

For an idol is something we KNOW is not good, but, by criticizing ourselves (and/or others) we instead bring the attack of the oppressor into our home (soul). Therefore be cautious if you were to speak "fool" to anyone, for you are indeed tempting yourself to eternal damnation. Even the Arch Angel Michael when contesting over the bones of Moses with Lucifer did not condemn or curse him, but instead said "The Lord rebuke you." and departed. Did he go out the door? Further explanation of the most unique scripture found nowhere else in the bible of Jude1:9
Jude 9 refers to a story in which the archangel Michael disputes with the devil about the body of Moses. Although the story cited by Jude has not been preserved, the literature of early Judaism contains several traditions that can inform one’s understanding of Jude’s source. This article explores these traditions, especially early Jewish interpretations of Zech. 3, in an effort to throw light on this story and its use in the epistle of Jude. These traditions suggest that the disagreement between Michael and the devil over Moses’ body pertained not to the burial of Moses’ corpse, as previous scholarship has assumed, but to Moses’ bodily ascent into God’s presence. In this ascent account, the devil would have opposed Michael on the grounds that Moses’ fleshly, human body was inadequate for God’s presence. Further, it is probable that Jude 22-24 alludes to the same ascent story.
About Fools (or Raca) “The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God; God is in none of his thoughts” (Psalm 10:4)
Jesus speaking about raca (fool) Matthew 5:22 brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment (or Council specifically meaning the Sanhedrin at that time of history): and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall. say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
Why is this important? The sixth commandment states "Thou shall not commit murder" By speaking against someone for whatever reasons you seem just, reveals the murderous hatred you contain within. As God judges all actions, even thoughts, for he sees within the heart that which cannot be withheld from him. So examine yourself before speaking and control your tongue. Easily said yes, not easily done, but, with practice becomes much easier. Be slow to anger, do not be a tempest of eruptions, control yourself. Only YOU are in control of You. You have been given the Armor of God, The Truth of the Word but must practice these things by remembering hatred is easy, it takes almost no effort. But Love, takes a great deal of care, restraint and self examination. Be truthful to yourself first. For he that sees all already knows. It is up to you. Your Choice. Your Decision. Choose Wisely, considering from all angles. This is where we as Americans that live in a microwave society fail miserably. We want it now now now......God does not work that way. The last 2 generations coming up have lost the way and it is our CHOICE to put the TRUTH to them and let the Holy Spirit convict them of their unrighteousness. Then they are left with a choice. Do I listen to that still small voice or do I ignore it?
Woe unto those that ignore it, for repeating this over and over the voice will become silent waiting for you to repent perhaps, or not. Anyway this is the 1 Sin Jesus spoke of when he said "Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is unforgivable"......... because we have already killed that inside of us, I weep just thinking of all those that are cast off without even knowing what they are doing. I must now go and pray.......................

This is really mind-blowing and a revelation to how we sin. I wish I knew this a few years ago, so many things i could have avoided. The familiar spirit resonates so much in my life and i am making steps to really counter the urge and attacks (its not easy at all). I just hope its not too late for me 😥
It never too late for Jesus. He saves us the moment we believe that he died on the cross for our sin and repent from our sins. After that we put our faith in him and reply on the Holy spirit to lead us on the right path.

I am currently watching Pastor Nolan's Isaiah 53 sermon. He talked a bit more on atonement and how Jesus already paid the price for our sins and explained the meaning of expiation and propitiation inline with our sins being forgiven and being one with God.

This ugly disfigured body could be of any shape,
E.g. a serpent with 3 heads and 2 tails with scales etc.

All angels are capable of transforming.
Heavenly angels
As well as fallen angels.

Lucifer and his colleagues, they like transforming into UGLY DISFIGURED BEASTS WITH SPIRITUAL BODIES.

These fallen angels, which are now called demons, are specialized in tempting people, manipulate people or persuading people to sin against God,
By breaking the commandments.

After listening to this sermon pastor. I was able to see how important it is to Pray the lord's prayer everyday every morning. It's a cover ing In itself. Jesus taught this how to pray when they asked. He also said the words l speak are not mine but Him who sent me. Giving glory to God.

Thank you pastor. This one hit home for me. Anger is my weakness. I repeat, be angry but sin not all the time. Because my spirit sometimes wants to take things to levels I know is wrong. However I've learned to sit and be quiet..and channel. Never had the words for until now.
I was taught growing up exactly how the Pastor described it: pretend you are putting on an armor first thing in the morning. But I never really KNEW how to do it. The section starting at the 25:00 minute mark has made it so clear to me now. Thank-you for sharing this - from Edmonton Canada.

The more I spread the word of God the more the people I considered friends have tried to hurt me with their words. My friend tonight disingenuously told me “I’m concerned for you lily I think you are involved with a cult” you could have shot into orbit with how obviously patronizing and disingenuous he was being… he was trying to embarrass me and well unfortunately it worked i repented immediately after I slipped up (I called him out on it) and instead of being understanding and kind i called him an a-hole and i wish i had just stopped and waited to think before I spoke but I reacted. I did pray before I spoke and everything I said was fine but I cussed at him and I wish I hadn’t. He was being so pompous and i just gave in and it’s a lot harder than i thought it would be to stay in control of my emotions. He said all that because i have been posting my gratitude for my salvation for a few days since I had my born again experience 2 days ago which was life changing (saved 6 months ago) it hurt… hurt people hurt people

Hey pastor Allen I’m a fellow brother in Christ walking a very very narrow path and wishing to seek your guidance. I’m new to a lot of things in my life but knowing god is not one of them. I wish to get to you asap and learn from you and maybe even teach you if I can probably not though seeing how amazing you are in your walk with Christ. I miss a true brother in arms. I've used the Gospel armour each morning and it's done me good for so many years now.
I don't agree that it's automatic. How do you know you're walking 24/7 as pure.
As a soldier puts on his armour prior to battle, so must the Christian warrior be ready for war everyday.
After you did something that removed your armor, how do you put it back on?
I am not sure if I agree with your version of the Armour. Reason being, Paul states to "PUT ON" the Armour, he doesnt say we have to walk in righteousness, etc
Faith cometh by hearing the Word.
There is the Fruit of the Spirit that walks us into those catagories too.
