How to PINK SOFT LIPS - Prevent DRY CHAPPED LIPS - Lip Care Routine (No Lip Scrubs)

Winter is coming... If your lips tend to be dry, chapped or cracked, and nothing seems to help, let me share with you all my tips to keep my lips healthy, pink and soft without using lip scrubs. As I have very sensitive lips, lip scrubs always irritate my lips and I've never seen any dermatologists recommend using lip scrubs for dry, chapped lips.
