Like most rich people, they had a reasonably good idea, and ran with it despite any risks. The big key word here is risk. Most people are afraid of risks, me being one of them. In my case I was too responsible with my obligations to try risk what I had. You don't have to be a genius. You'll strengthen your know-how as you move along, solidified with being honest, resilient and responsible enough with yourself and others. The trick is to recognize when your failures are not due to the idea, but perhaps due to execution and act accordingly. In general people got this obsession with people that make it rich as if they are geniuses, similar to celebrities, which tells me that in general, most people have a low self-esteem problem, which perhaps relates to their risk aversion problem.

What Amazon did was give those of us out in the rural areas access to retail of the cities. I buy from Amazon because the products simply are not available here.

It takes a HUGE ego to be that rich. A real life Lex Luther or Dr. Evil (from the Austin Powers movie). This centibillionaire is NOT known as a generous philanthropist. He is known to have created a terrible work environment for many Amazon employees - and many of them are independent contractors, NOT employees. Zero benefits. Remember, he has also fought them to NOT be unionized. Sorry, Mr. profits over people, I don’t find you “motivational” at all.
Things that kill confidence:
- Social inhibition
- Negative thinning
- Overthinking and doubting past actions
- Caring too much about what other people think
- Focusing on your securities instead of strengths
Everybody in the world that are wealthy and successful all have to start on the amateur and work theirs way to the top. All that is truly needed is faith, persistent, preservance, and dedication.

how to please customers. not rocket science. more companies should learn how to please their customers. or, at least, ask their customer base what they could do better.
When everything feels like it serves a " boring menu" . The process we experience when we are a lone ( meditating to the peak of mindfullness ) finding our identity from the journey of life ,yes , all surrender to the Father, ( God Elohim) . As created humans we seek a creator ,my consciousness is remided of the moment the Lord Jesus Christ took me to the mount of Golgotha and into the place where he ( the Lord ) lay gives three plants *Shoots ' . There is a process or conscience to state this habitat is very boring there is a coercion of Will and our material dagelan ( story ) in the content that is owned .I tried to enter some of the content of religion leaders ( the results are the same ) Although under the guise of religion the pursue dreams ( money ) for them selves.
I DON'T LIKE WHAT HE IS INVOLVED IN WITH ELON MUSK, I;VE HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT HIM, BUT I DON'T KNOW PERSONALLY, THOSE SATELLITES IN SPACE ARE NOT GOOD FOR WE HUMANS AND TRANSHUMANISM WILL BE VERY BAD FOR ANY HUMAN!
Yeah when everyone would be adventurer then who would drive amazon packages around and sort them in storagehouses...
Anyways, opportunity is the key here. You need to work hard but without some luck and proper timing you wont become gates or bezos. Its all bs that motivation speech. At the end there are several giant companies which keep it in strong grasp. Unless there will be some new quantum technology coming its all just about trying to get cake scraps that still left at the table.
