Different kind of video from me, for sure, but curious if you guys enjoyed this less-techy explainer? Thank you for watching it regardless! 🙏
Great video! I loved all the “chemistry” explanation!
I❤it.. thank you so much Sir salute 🫡
I love how you branch out into other areas, mostly cause I love the way you, specifically, explain things. Keep it up, bro!
Thank you!!
I really like baking from scratch, the old school way by hand, because it makes the whole process more appreciated. The fact that you took the time to explain the process and important roles that each ingredient plays was very exciting to me, because I love learning how things work together. At seventy one years young, I am never too old to learn and appreciate what the young generation has to offer. Thank you for sharing your passion for knowledge about science and cooking with me. Please continue to share your wonderful knowledge with recipes with those of us that appreciate your time. PS, you did a great job on explaining how the machine worked, I might get one in the future. I am a Ninja fan, and my whole kitchen is Ninja!

I am not ever precwhen it comes to baking, because I was never taught. I have a general idea and I kind of know how things go, so I wing it. Most of the time, it's a gut feeling when to stop adding an ingredient, Or even what to put in the bowl in the 1st place. Like I said I have a general idea and things don't start coming together until I get out of bowl and get out of spatula and start doing something and then it all just comes together.
My son and my mother both kno not not to be near me when I'm creating in the kitchen... Because they're gonna have to eat what I .. So if they distract me and don't get in touch with that inspiration that comes when I start....
Also I can be a real Gordon Ramsay at times It's because there's so much rolling around in my head. Wondering what temperature what pan how long to band still listen to what goes in the bowll next. That's right my thoughts have no commas they're coming a 55 miles a minute.
This was more like a GE Commercial
“A recipe for disaster” omg!!!
You did rise to the challenge. Muffin compares to a day of baking! Why couldn’t the teddy bear finish his cake? - He was stuffed.
What did the pastry say to the cake when they were in bed? - crumbing!.
How do you make the candles on your cake really happy? - Just blow them out! They’ll be delighted!!.
😂
You bake using a oven. It’s that easy. You’re welcome.
