I heard hang drums in Rome out in front of the Pantheon a few years ago and was very taken by the spontaneous performance by two musicians in the Piatza.
Try a Rav Vast! they're half the price which is still expensive to be fair. I like the sound more than the kind they're using tbh. A lot more resonant and full to my ears. I have the B Kurd and it's amazing.

It's a very intuitive instrument. I find the notes I like the best and create songs from patterns. It's sooo much fun.

Hang's are low carbon steel. This handpan is made out of stainless steel.
