The next track from the album we recorded for our daughter Elaia - we love singing this one to her as a lullaby at bedtime, so wanted to record a simple, pretty cover of this epic song. It took restraint not to belt it out for that final key change, but singing to Elaia has taught us it can be nice to have lighter touch sometimes :-)

this is literally the prettiest song in existence like the lyrics in the original version already did a lot for it but now, as a lullaby, I think I will cry out of how sweet it is

I love singing this to my daughter. I first heard this song in Tarzan, when I was just a little girl, and it was my favorite song in the movie. I knew from that point that it would be a song Id sing to my children when I have some.
