Are you saying your 7 year ED problem was all a negative feedback loop of anxiety around your ability to get and stay hard?
I’m confused cause you’ve said in other videos you were a heavy pmo user, multiple times a day for years. Wouldn’t this be the main cause of your pied?
Can you expand on the link between pied from porn use and the anxiety/mental issues you seem to imply was the main cause for your erection problems. How do you differentiate the two. Thanks!

Fantastic question! The full story of my ED would take me 60-90 minutes to tell because I had a pretty complicated case. ED is rarely 1 issue, it's often a combination of a few things that are interfering with the arousal process. This video is about the triggering event that I experienced, and its' similar to events a LOT of my clients have. Before these 3 incidents I could have sex just fine, after them I couldn't get hard.
Porn can cause ED for all the reasons you already know if you're using the term PIED so I'm not going to get into that, but what I think is less obvious is porn can contribute to the process in this video. Imagine on my first date, instead of not being attracted to the woman, I had PMO'd before seeing her (which I actually did) so my body couldn't really have sex and I'd lost my erection with her it could have created the same process.
The reason a lot of men can't get hard even after 90 days of NoFap is because of the process I'm describing. They have one problem which has been caused physically to their body, nervous system and brain which NoFap can improve, and another problem that has been internalized in their mind that has to be dealt with at the mental/emotional level.
If you're a regular porn user, I always recommend starting with NoFap for 90 days, if it fixes things great and it was free. If it doesn't, you have to start looking at this anxiety loop and the emotional impact it's having.
      I hope that helps.

@@NoPillsNoSurgery Thanks for the reply! Yes it helps. I’m over 6 months now no pmo, I’m physically fine but still in the process of moving past the kind of anxiety you’re describing in this video, so I can relate. In my case I tried sex to early and to often in my journey with my GF and struggled to get hard and have developed an ongoing anxiety around my ability in the bedroom. But I’m slowly getting better thankfully. Just got to get out of my head and connect with the experience. Thanks for the work you do. Your advice/videos are personally very relevant. 🙏🏼

@@johnnyblaze9158 Great work on 6 months! That's not an easy thing to do but it's worth it. I'm glad to hear things are slowly getting better. That's usually how it happens. Just keep going and you'll heal.
You are very welcome, I'm glad the work I do is helping you!
