Dr. Malik is by far and away the best Dr of Urology I have ever witnessed! And I have extensive experience with Urologists.. I have had Bladder cancer and have endured many BCG treatments. In theory the cancer is gone, but I am just completing the first year of a 2 year course of Cystoscope exams, in the form of a catheter camera exam’ ouch!!! And none of these women Drs have been able to explain these issues to me nearly as well as Dr. Malik.. I am receiving my health care through the VA.. I happy to say that the health care has been greatly improved since they started hiring women Drs..they are natural care givers!

How much have you gained
I bought a manual one recently . It requires a big effort that my hand gets exhausted so switch both hands . From the other side the vacuum worked good in the first day , as i use every other day according to the insteuctions , second use it began to show less efficiency , like it blows harder than pulling the air , and so the pressure of the air comes strong and goes off weak , even if i close all the gaps that would possibly filter out the air . Along the vaccuum i received a liquid called developpe men for massage

They certainly do work & can be issued on the NHS here in the UK, just see your GP for a urology referral. They'll try the tablets & injections on you first of all but if they don't work on you & that can happen for some. Then the pump is the next stage & the last one before penile implant surgery is considered. Of course these medical devices (Not the Sex Toy Ones) can be purchased on line direct with the supply companies. Here in the UK the NHS uses iMEDiCare. However, there are others I'm sure.

I don't have problems with erection. I have been using vacuum pumps for year's. I use them for length and girth. I hang weight for length.
Thank you for this and other videos Dr Malik. By far, in my humble opinion, the very best, least problematic device is the Vacurect. It comes with a variety of constriction rings, one of which would fit most men, and works every time in less than a minute. It is manual and extremely easy to use. Very unobtrusive. Having been a Type 1 diabetic for almost 38 years I had almost given up hope of having a normal sex life with my wife. Unequivocally this works.

For the first time ever i recently bought a Zen Pump by Zen Hanger to combine with at home shockwave therapy. I am AMAZED at what this pump does after only 10 minutes just starting out...My joint hasnt looked this big in years....Just incredible.. I've been using this pump ten minutes in AM and 10 in PM. I'm on my second week. I'm also just starting daily Tadalafil 5MG, and using some other supps like L- Citruline, nattokinase to try and open my blood vessels more...The jury is still out on the shockwave therapy ( I'm giving it several months) but what this rechargeable pump is doing is just unbelievable...I am not a " big guy believe me but my eyes cant believe what they see!!!

Excellent video probably one of your Best Dr. Malik. A lot of men including myself have heard of the vacuum pump but are cautious about using them. Do you suggest or recommend a particular brand of a penile pump that you recommend to your patients?
Can you do a video on the safety of tension or constriction rings? I know a lot of adult sex stores sell them but unsure of the efficacy and safety?

Look into bathmates hydro pumps. I've been using the hydroxtreme 7 for around 7 months now and I've noticed size gains as well as great penile health.

Can you give your educated opinion on Ferticare?
I had an occupational injury that resulted in two herniated discs (C5-C7) and the repairs. Several years later, I have side effects from the surgery including C8 nerve pain. I have been having a problem orgasming.
Would the Ferticare be the way to go.
Note that even though it has been several years, I sued to keep my case open and the workers comp private insurance company responsible so if it is a good idea, I will push the insurance company to get it for me.

It's always useful to have a forum for discussing "delicate" subjects. I remember experimenting with a
vacuum device some years ago, curious about whether it worked. Certainly, it seemed to pull blood
into the penis but the lasting effect wasn't apparent. I wonder if ageing and other factors come into
play - not l;east the psychosomatic aspect. E.G. the mental stimulation that triggers sexual appetite
and reaction. The physical/remedial side seems to be given plenty of attention but I wodner whether
the mind takes over. not least when physical attractiveness wanes. Mother Nature is her own boss in
so many ways! .Also, the onset of various deteriorations requiring attention elsewhere can affect
the sexual appetite. Keeping everything balanced is not always easy. Ovderall acceptable health has
to be the aim - and welcome, not least as the years mount up.
I tried the vacuum with no results then had the injection to penis. It worked great but was very painful. Then had three pumps installed and all three broke. Fourth time i had the metal rod installed. It works but nothing like the equipment i was born with.

It works on the old science experiment principle of a crushed Coke can in a Bell Jar.
As the Oxygen (and other Gases) are removed, the can starts to pop back into shape.
It definitely works lol. Takes a sickening amount of dedication that feels awkward as all hell at first- Imagine getting off of work, and the first thing you're doing is pumping and pulling lol.... But it works. I've never had an issue but I won't call 7" well super endowed but it isn't bad either.. Besides, it's the thickness that I really wanted to target and for almost a year I did.. Old lady came back from a tour and she said she saw and felt a BIG difference. Jelquing mixed with pumping regularly will increase your member gentleman. If you're not happy or like me, just wanted to increase your girth. Freaking do it.

I use a bathmate hydropump in the shower about 4 times a week. In a month I have gained 1/2" in length and even more than that in girth. I have longer lasting erections and I can last longer when I am with my girlfriend. She is a fan of it🤣😂

Going into this I didn't know if it would work or not tbh. But I pushed through and yea man. Between this and jelquing, it got thicker.
If I pump now, she will struggle to take me unless she is REALLY up for it. The effort that you have to put into this is borderline insane though.

After I injured my Spinal column and swelling effected the a few nerves, specifically my right leg and perianal area. I could sometimes achieve an election and other times no. The pump would help get it started and after some time it would be able to do what it was needed for. Other days the pump would make it plump but still not "hard". Difficult to exactly explain.

I personally believe there is a God watching and listening to us, but I cannot say how involved He is.
I try for up to five twenty five minute pumping sessions per week. These devices are very effective. Just start out slow until you become familiar with your penile response, and build up from there. Be careful not to over pump and follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
I use the Phoenix brand pump. This company manufactures an at home shockwave therapy device used to treat erectile dysfunction. Since I started regular pumping some fifteen months ago, I have realized both an inch in length and girth. It is well worth the effort.
Ever get it stuck and hard to remove even if u used a lube as recommended?
@@joed1244 As long as you use a sleeve that is not overly tight, this should not be an issue.
@@benjeanettebooth1800 it starts out loose the difficult to remove once I pumped. What lube do you use..maybe it I need a different brand.
You probably need a different size sleeve. It needs to be snug, but not overly tight. Mine is an inch in diameter; after consistent pumping, I have outgrown the smaller sleeve. I use a small amount of coconut oil for lube. Hang in there, pumping takes some getting used to. If you are married or in a long-term relationship, let this process be an open dialog between the two of you.

I spoke with a doctor who promoted shockwave therapy to restore blood vessels to the penis and also offer a free penile vacuum device to use for the next 8-12 weeks while doing regular treatments for me. And to finish it off with a prp shot, my original length was 7 inches in length and 5 inches in girth but I’m extremely lucky to get to 6 inches in length these days due to pelvic floor issues…. Do you think the treatment I will be undergoing alleviate my issue? They also mentioned they’d help teach me pelvic floor exercises to help with my circulation long term

It should work fine , just make sure you can pull the electrical plug out of the wall when you need to otherwise you might end up in trouble…….

Dr. Rena, thanks for all of this input. I will have to say that I have tried countless penile vacuum devices, but the best ones seem to have a vulva owner attached to them. The ones with the larger breasts seem to work the best for me. Hope this helps.

Funny how we are borne naked, then almost medially shamed for not covering up. We is what we is. I was proud when Canada gave woman the right to walk around topless like us men can, though I don't since the sun hates me. Just the right shows progress either women use it or not. I was a bit upset when some criticized it because large women had the same right and they don't want to see that, my reply was just don't look, it's simple. A good law that makes sense.
One officer in Napanee Ontario was suspended for asking two woman riding topless to cover up because they were a distraction...us men have self control and can't blame our actions in them and the court agrees. I hope we keep moving in the right direction, normalize it and then it's a non issue. Like my ex says, "Tain't no thing but a chicken wing".

Hey @Elmer Fudd - why the need to know "effective for different age groups?" Have YOU done any research on any search engine? Or is asking questions easier.

Is there any danger in using a pump if you suffer from peyronies disease? .
Pills doesn't work for me , i get headaches instead sadly, and ed is really bad like in not functioning at all. Thanks in advance

No penis problems but they work. I use them for penis health to maintain good blood flow and give it a good work out. They also provide some stimulation as well.Bath mates are good as well as regular air pumps!

@@booytoyy69 Bathmate is the best as it combines water and pump pressure and have proven results. But I have had a excellent Air pump for years. Visit lovehoney or Adam & Eve for good Air pump. Also a good electric is good. But I would start off with the Air pump. Which is good well. There are not really any brand names you just have to buy one and try it out. They have bull pump as well as hand grip and finger trigger pumps so all to your liking.
